Phoenix VI 1112 - Take in deep, soothing breaths of the Gulf air right out back! With stunning views of the Orange Beach, Alabama coastline, this two-bedroom, two bathroom, 1064 sqft. condo is ready to host your next family or friend vacation.

*** PLEASE NOTICE: Starting August 12, 2024, there will be an elevator modernization project at this property, lasting until March 10, 2025. During this period, only 2 of the 4 elevators will be operational while the other 2 are being upgraded. Construction noise will primarily affect the 15th floor. ***

Phoenix VI 1112 is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, 1064 sq. ft. condo located in the heart of Orange Beach, Alabama.

(2) parking pass is $55 each and needs to be purchased at the Condo Complex upon arrival. This unit has a reserved parking space in the underground covered parking area, near the elevators.

Don't pass on this gem of a unit located in the Phoenix VI complex! The living room unfolds to a scenic furnished balcony patio. Grab breakfast to go and prop up your feet, all while watching the sun bake the shore. After your morning salutation, saunter back inside to the living area. There is a large cream-colored couch, two plush chairs and mounted flat screen television for your viewing delight.

Time for lunch or supper? Enjoy a meal in the dining area with seating for six. There are two bar stools for additional seating at the kitchen island. The fully functional kitchen has several amenities and built-in stainless-steel appliances amongst the cabinetries. Whether you wish to cook or simply plate a take-out order, the kitchen is completely equipped and ready for use!

There is a laundry closet with a full-sized washer and dryer in the hallway.

Heading to the primary bedroom, you'll find it fitted with a comfortable King-sized bed with two nightstands. There is a sizeable dresser with mirror, and flat screen television. You will be just a sliding door away from the southern views of The Gulf and private balcony access. Attached is the primary bathroom with vanity and tub/shower combination.

The guest bedroom has full sized over full bunk beds, flat screen television, and a large dresser and closet.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: 2 The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

RELAXED CANCELLATION POLICY: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

Just ok
The pros: Comfortable beds/bedding Beautiful beach & view Family friendly Large pool area The cons: Secondary bathroom ceiling was noted to have a leak from above with mold and intermittent leaking during our visit. Property management sent maintenance but problem was never fully resolved during our stay. It was disappointing to experience this and only used the other bath for 5 people the week we were there. Ice breaker in freezer was broken. Rarely had a hot shower, also notified management of this as well. Dishes in cabinets were mostly dirty- took them Out and rewashed. Cannot easily walk to stores, markets, restaurants. Although this property can sleep 10, our family of 5 is the max I'd recommend comfortably. We would stay at Phoenix 6 again, but not this unit.

Great Condo/Great Location
My family and I love the Orange Beach area. This condo is right on the beach and centrally located to all of our favorite restaurants. It was clean and well kept. My only warning to potential guests is the master bedroom mattress is very firm. I like a firm mattress but this was extremely firm.
