BRAND NEW 2-story, 2-bedroom cabin nestled in the Sevierville hills. Sleeps 8, stunning sunrise view with your coffee on the back deck, relaxing evenings in the hot tub, fully stocked kitchen, and location, location, location!
Minutes to Pigeon Forge, 10 miles from Dollywood, 30 minutes to Gatlinburg.
Families welcome - cabin is equipped with pack n play, booster style high chair and baby safety gate!
The space
2 bedrooms - primary bedroom with King bed, downstairs bedroom with Queen over Queen bunk, plus comfy Queen sleeper sofa downstairs. LARGE smart TVs in both bedrooms in addition to main living space plus downstairs movie/game room. Air hockey, foosball, arcade games, board games, and streaming platforms on all TVs.
Guest access
The entire cabin is all yours!
Other things to note
Please read ALL:
-indoor fireplaces are electric
-primary renter MUST be 25+ years of age
**NO PETS OF ANY KIND** a $500 fee + any extra cleaning or damages found will be applied, NO EXCEPTIONS.
**NO FIREWORKS on the property.
**NO SMOKING of any kind. A $1000 cleaning fee will be applied if evidence of smoking is found. NO EXCEPTIONS.**
WHAT WE PROVIDE:
-Cabin is equipped with WiFi and 4 smart tv's - bring your own passwords. :-)
-We provide a start of laundry and dishwasher detergent.
-We provide a start of toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion. If you have booked a longer stay, you will need to bring your own.
-We provide a start of K cups for the Keurig + coffee & tea add-ins. If you prefer drip coffee or have a favorite blend, please bring your own.
**We are in a neighborhood of cabins, but have installed privacy walls on the deck for your seclusion.
NO REFUNDS for weather, natural disasters, power outages, acts of God, or other things out of our control. Please book travel insurance at your discretion.
Hot tub use is AT YOUR OWN RISK. Please refrain from using if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant.
**You are in the mountains! There are bears. Please do not leave food in your car and ensure trash can cages are locked. Please keep cabin doors closed and ensure doors and windows are locked when you go to bed. DO NOT FEED THE BEARS.
**The cabin next door is under construction. The entire frame is built, so all work should be indoors with minimal noise, but we wanted to let you know.**

We moved to TN a few years ago with our 4 children and have absolutely fallen in love...so much so that we wanted to help others vacation here and enjoy the Smokies as well! We are both Navy veterans, TN small business owners, outdoor enthusiasts and love hosting in our own home. Please reach out with any questions about your upcoming stay! We absolutely loved the location of this cabin - close enough to enjoy everything Pigeon Forge has to offer, but tucked back away from the noise so we can enjoy quiet mornings and relaxing evenings.
