Prime Location:
Centrally located near sports complexes, local attractions, Winthrop University, and just 10 minutes from I-77. Tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood, it’s the perfect base for remote work, visiting family, or exploring the local charm of Rock Hill.
Studio Highlights:
• Spacious & Cozy: A queen-sized memory foam bed guarantees a restful sleep, while the futon offers additional seating or sleeping for up to three guests (please note, the futon is not a full bed).
• Local Charm: Decorated with hand-picked accents and images of Rock Hill, our studio captures the warm, cottage-like ambiance of the area.
• Work Ready: Dedicated workspace with high-speed internet (400MB)—perfect for remote work or planning your next adventure.
• Fully Equipped: A well-appointed kitchen and dining area, plus an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience.
• Relax & Unwind: Refresh in the full bathroom or enjoy a movie on the large TV in the living area.

Access to the house and amenities, such as the back patio and firepit, will not be affected, and guests will still have access to the unaffected part of the yard.
