Downtown renovated 3 bedroom condo with outdoor pool - great location! This second level condo offers a contemporary design and beautiful kitchen with stainless steel. The main bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and twin bunk beds and the third bedroom has a double bed and twin bunk beds. The living room also has a queen sleep sofa so you can sleep 12 people comfortably. You'll also have two full, updated bathrooms so there is plenty of space to get ready for your day out. You can also enjoy one of the best features of this condo, a HUGE deck with a picnic table, which is perfect for meals or just sitting outside enjoying the weather. Complimentary WiFi, high-speed internet will allow you to stream your favorite shows (with your login credentials) during your visit. There is one unassigned free parking space but there is also plenty of free street parking nearby. The condo doesn't have a washer/dryer, but there's a laundromat a couple blocks away for your convenience. The condo has a combination of a split system and window units for air conditioning.
*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no excpetions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.
*Condo comes with blankets/comforters and pillows. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $179.75. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so.

*Outdoor pools are open seasonally, typically at a minimum Memorial Day - Labor Day. Dates and times are determined by each building and OCMD Getaways has no control over open dates and times. For this complex, the scheduled pool opening date is May 24 and closing date is Sept. 24. This is subject to change as determined by the condo association.
