This home has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with tub and shower. Cloud 9 features two King primary bedrooms each with its own private ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom has two Queen beds and shares a bathroom with the fourth bedroom which has 2 new custom built bunkbeds with Twin XLs over Queens. Each bedroom has its own 50" TV with Roku or you can stream through your own device. The bunk room has a video game and Retro Game stick with over 20,000 games and two remote controls. Each room has fresh linens for your convenience. Every bathroom has fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, hooks for towels, makeup remover wipes and a magnified mirror.

The following items are available for you to use during your stay...
One set of towels per guest, linens and sheets, makeup remover wipes (please do not use the bath towels to remove makeup), toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), and one beach towel per guest. If you need more than is provided or would like a different option you can run up to The Big Store and buy what makes you happy!

Some other starter supplies we provide are...
K-cup coffee pods, coffee filters, sugar, artificial sweetener, spices, vegetable oil, cooking spray, kitchen towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, dish soap, hand soap, 2 rolls of paper towels, laundry detergent pods, broom, vacuum, and basic cleaning supplies.

The beach house is stocked with the basic needs for cooking, daily hygiene, indoor games and books, family beach time and relaxing. Don't forget about the spacious area under the home where you can enjoy some shade at the Tiki Bar with barstools, hammocks, swing chairs, 2 picnic tables, outdoor games, and a charcoal grill (please bring your own charcoal).

Beach access is just 200 steps from Cloud 9 which is close enough to run back to the house if you forgot something or if someone needs a break!

There is space for up to four cars to park in the driveway. Crystal Beach is the only beach in Texas that allows you to drive your car, golf cart or camper on the beach. If you choose to park, you'll need to purchase a pass from The Big Store for $10. The entrance point where you can drive your car onto the beach is located just a few minutes from the home. If you choose to rent a golf cart, there is a beach access point for golf carts just down the street from the home. Please refer to our Guide Book for more information on golf cart rentals.

Pet Policy:
We do allow one small pet with a maximum weight of 30 lbs. We charge a $75 pet fee to all guests who choose to bring their non-human family member with them to our home.

We have 2 exterior security cameras on the property for safety purposes only. They are both located on the 2 lower corners of the house. These are not used to watch you during your stay, they are for us to be sure the property and surrounding area is safe for everyone!

Damage and Incidentals:
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. No unregistered guests. Be respectful of neighbors. Lock up when leaving.
