The building itself where the condo is located was much older than we expected and there were not enough elevators, resulting in long waits. The condo is listed as a “beachfront” condo, but the balcony is overlooking a parking lot and new beach houses being built, giving only a limited side view of the ocean and beach. The inside of the condo was nice, with a spacious kitchen area, but the room containing the bunkbeds is all bed! The couch in the living room was covered in a worn, fuzzy material and was not appealing to sit on. The shower in the hallway had excellent water pressure, however the shower with the blue bathtub had very little water pressure and the tub stayed stopped up. The owner was very nice and checked in several times to see if we needed anything and sent someone to check the clogged sink and tub very promptly.

I'm so glad you enjoyed the condo itself, especially the spacious kitchen, and I appreciate your kind words about our communication and responsiveness. We always want our guests to know we're available if anything comes up during their stay. The Regency is one of Panama City Beach's long-established beachfront resorts. While the building isn't new, it is very well maintained and continues to be a favorite because of its location and amenities. During the busiest weeks of the summer, elevator wait times can be longer than anyone would like, which is common at many of the larger beachfront resorts in the area. Regarding the view, our listing photos are taken from the balcony and accurately show what guests can expect. The balcony offers a beautiful south-facing view of the beach and Gulf, while the west side overlooks part of the surrounding neighborhood and ongoing development. I'm sorry the second bathroom's tub wasn't draining properly during your stay. We appreciate you letting us know, and we were happy to have someone address it right away. As for the living room sofa, it's actually brand new. We intentionally chose a soft, textured fabric because many guests find it cozy and comfortable, though we understand that design preferences can vary. Thank you again for staying with us, and we truly appreciate your feedback. We wish you all the best in your future travels!

Sheila was amazing to work with. As soon as I booked this rental, I was greeted with a welcome email from Sheila and instructions for our next steps. She also explained in detail all of the billing information all the way down to any extras so there were no surprises! Communication was amazing!Day of check in: We had a link to click on that had some reminders of the rules and everything and also the code to get in the unit.This place was breathtaking! I have rented a lot of places but this one is my ABSOLUTE favorite! The place was so GORGEOUS...I don't even know where to start. There were so many extras that other rentals have not had for the pool and beach! the 2 beach chairs were fantastic! Plus the extra folding chairs and floaties in the room that were available to us!Lets talk about these beds!!! Everyone said their beds were wonderful! I slept in the primary suite and I just melted in to the bed. The color changing fireplace in there was top notch! and I enjoyed the view from the room! The entire unit was decorated so beautifully! I even took pictures through the Amazon app so I can buy some of those pieces for my house!Everything about this place was so beautiful and inviting! When we weren't visiting family, we spent all of our spare time here. It was so relaxing and peaceful! Check out: We followed the instructions that were left in the binder. Then we sent Sheila a message and we were on our way!We hope to stay here again!!!
