Lying at a height of 150 – 200 metres above sea level, this typical Tuscan country house surrounded by olives (800 on four hectares) is situated in the lovely hilly district of Monsummano Terme. It’s just 500 m away from the mediaeval village of Montevettolini. The house, built in 1811 and renovated in 2003, is just right for incredible farm holidays. On two floors with 400 square metres of space, thanks to its three separate entrances it offers real peace and relaxation for up to 12 persons. Behind the house is the swimming pool (6 x 12 m, 1.20 – 2.10 m deep, with steps into the water), reached by means of stepping stones or two little pathways. Hot and cold shower, big sunbathing area, as well as everything you need to relax in the evening is provided: charcoal, barbecue and a place for preparing meals, bowling alley with lighting and parking space.
