NEW! Lagatha Vacation Apartment - a charming 5-star retreat with a sauna for an unforgettable island vacation

Just a few meters from the beach and sea, the center of Westerland within walking distance, tastefully furnished with attention to detail. You will stay in the 5-star DTV-certified Lagatha vacation apartment, a new building from 2021 with approximately 80 m². A cozy retreat with the right amenities for working during the day and enjoying a sauna in the evening after an afternoon beach walk.

The following facilities and extras await you for a delightful stay:

Upstairs:

Open, fully equipped kitchen with a large window front and access to the furnished and wind-protected loggia (balcony).
Kitchen with Miele dishwasher, Neff oven, induction hob with integrated Bora extractor fan, and fridge/freezer. Choose between a WMF filter coffee machine or the popular KRUPS Nespresso coffee machine.
Bathroom with shower and private sauna. Shower with Raindance showerhead, heated towel rail, and a private washer-dryer.
Master bedroom with box spring beds (1.80 m x 2.00 m), premium mattresses and duvets, built-in wardrobes, flat-screen TV.
Living and sleeping areas with real wood parquet, kitchen and bathrooms with natural stone. High-quality pleated blinds on the windows for darkening at various levels for a perfect, restful sleep.
Attic:

The light-filled attic has numerous windows providing a beautiful view over parts of Westerland.
A second bedroom with two single beds (each 0.90 m x 2.00 m), flat-screen TV, and a desk as a workstation with a printer, all in a lockable room for undisturbed home office. A bathroom en-suite with shower, heated towel rail, toilet, and washbasin is also available here. The attic can be separated from the lower part of the apartment with a door.
If you need to attend to business matters, there is even a dedicated workspace with a Wi-Fi printer in the apartment.
Wi-Fi, television, a comfortable sofa, and dimmers for adjustable lighting in almost all rooms ensure pleasant evenings.

Private entrance for ample privacy and a designated parking space in front of the house. If necessary, a wallbox for charging electric cars can be added for a fee of €55.00.

To start your vacation feeling right away, a cozy nest awaits you upon arrival: the beds are freshly made, and you will receive two towels, two bath towels, a bath mat, and a dish towel per person. We charge a fee of €25.00 per person for this service (excluding children under 3 years). For good health, please note that the laundry packages are mandatory for your booking due to hygiene reasons.
We also want to inform you: A tourist tax is levied on adult guests on the island of Sylt. We calculate this tax with your booking and pay it directly to the municipality – your guest cards will be in your vacation home upon arrival. For your booking, we charge a fee of €29.00.
