Futuria Apartment is located in green area at Maślicka Street in Wrocław. In the area you will find Wrocław Stadium (2,7 km), Pilczycki Forrest (4,7 km) and Leśnicy Castle (5,6 km). You can reach those destinations either by car or by public transport - the bus stop is situated just in 2 min walk from the apartment building. In 5 min walk is located a small lake, where you can enjoy long walks or go in for sport. One more lake - Staw Królewski can be rached in 15 min by foot. There is a swimming area availble in summer and rich gastronomic ofer in the vincity. In 15 min walk in opposite direction is located a big park - Świetlików Park, on the way you will find a children playground. You can also reach Odra river with several view points in 20 min walk.
In the neibourhood are located several supermarkets - Delikatesy Konkret (180 m), Żabka (1,2 km) and Biedronka (1 km).

DESCRIPTION OF THE FLAT:

The styish apartment with two bedrooms will be perfect for families! It consists of a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms with double bed and single bed as well as bathroom with bathtub. There is also a balcony with garden furniture, where you can enjoy your morning coffee.
Guests can take advantage of fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, two desks for work or study in both bedrooms and TV in the living room, there are also such facilities as vacuum cleaner, hair-dryer and iron. Kitchen is equipped with such aminities as a dishwasher, induction hob, oven,microwave, refrigerator and all the necessary cookware, tableware and cutlery. In the one bedroom you will find a comfortable double bed, and the second bedroom is equiped with single bed and desk with a chair. In the living room you can also find a fold-out sofa bed and exit to the balcony. Wi-fi, which is absolutely free of charge, is available in the whole apartment. The apartment is also equipped with fans to keep the temperature comfortable in the summer. A set of complimentary toiletries, towels and linens are provided for a good start to each stay.
