Modern finca with garden, pool and sea views in Son Servera

The large natural stone finca is surrounded by well-kept gardens with views of a dreamlike hilly landscape and the blue sea. The secluded location guarantees absolute tranquillity. Thanks to its proximity to the fincas Es Garballo and Finca Bonita , it is also suitable for larger families or groups of friends who want to travel together but still have their own retreat.

First floor
There is a spacious and bright living/dining area on the first floor. It has a cozy sofa area with a TV and a modern dining area with a fireplace. The open kitchen is stylishly designed and fully equipped. The terrace leads to an annex with two bedrooms, one with a double bed (150x200cm) and the other with two single beds (90x200cm). Both rooms have an en-suite bathroom with shower.

Upper floor
The bedrooms are located on the upper floor. There are two bedrooms, each with two single beds (90x200cm). One of these bedrooms has access to the balcony, while the bathroom with shower can be accessed directly through the other room. This bathroom can also be accessed from the hallway. A third bedroom is furnished with a double bed (150x200cm) and has an en-suite bathroom with shower and access to the balcony. There is central heating throughout the house and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The finca can also be booked for 6 people .

Outdoor area
On the terrace there is a thatched veranda with a large dining table. Next to it is a cozy chill-out area in the shade of the trees. The pool is located in the center of the Mediterranean garden and has a Jacuzzi area. You can relax in the peaceful atmosphere of the finca on the surrounding loungers and in the comfortable Bali bed. The spacious lawn area makes this finca particularly suitable for families with children.

POOL:
10 x 5 m, depth: 170 cm, stair access, sun loungers, outdoor shower by the pool, cleaning with chlorine.

Arrival and minimum stay:
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out until 10 am. On the day of arrival, luggage can be deposited from 12 noon on request. The minimum stay is 7 nights from April to October and at Christmas. A surcharge applies for bookings of less than the minimum stay.

Additional costs:
Please note that the price of this house is person-dependent. Additional costs may apply if additional persons are booked. There is no deposit. The 1st baby set (baby crib & high chair) is free of charge, baby: 0-24 months. Additional baby sets can be provided on request (8€/set/night). The tourist tax must be paid in cash on site. Cleaning:
Incl. final cleaning, incl. intermediate cleaning, every 7th day for stays of 14 days or more.

Cancellation conditions 2024:
- up to 60 days before the start of the booking period: 30% of the price
- up to 30 days before the start of the booking period: 50% of the price
- up to 1 day before the start of the booking period: 90% of the price
- on the day of arrival: 100% of the price.
