The Space:

BookSmart Properties presents: Dolphin Tales! Welcome to your dream Oak Island vacation, brand new and built in 2026! Step inside and soak up the beautiful interior with modern finishes and beachy details that put you right in vacation mode. The bright kitchen is fully stocked for your stay, so prepping delicious meals for your family is a breeze. Enjoy them together at the dining table, or step outside and dine al fresco beside the pool. Kitchen barstools make chit chat and quick snacks easy. Hang out in the living room for a movie night or catching up on some reading.



Comfort and convenience are a priority, so there are 3 master bedrooms and a full hall bath to share. There are 3 king bedrooms, a queen bedroom, and a bunk bedroom that sleeps 4. A laundry area with a washer and dryer is available as well.



Outside, take a dip in the sparkling pool, or relax into one of the loungers and work on your suntan! The pool can be heated with advance request for $75/night or $500/week. A brand new fire pit is available so you can roast s'mores as the sun sets. The beach is an easy 3 min walk away, and an outdoor shower helps keep the home comfortable and sand free for your stay.

Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. Linens and towels are provided at no additional charge.



**Pool will open April 1st and close in early November**



The Neighborhood:

Oak Island is a beach town that is separated from the mainland by the Intracoastal Waterway. Known primarily as a family beach town, it offers plenty of activities throughout the summer, including a variety of marathons/5Ks, live music, farmers markets, and more. The Intracoastal Waterway is popular for kayakers and fishing, and the town has plenty of golf courses, nature walks and biking for those who like to stay on land.

The exact property address and home details will be sent to you with the check in instructions so you can easily plan your travels.



Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to additional fines up to $300: any pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
