The 146 sqm large and representative first floor of the Kommandeur House has a tastefully furnished living room with an antique tiled stove and a fully equipped kitchen in a cozy country style. The adjacent dining room with the historical ceiling paintings has an impressive direct view into the spacious garden. In addition, the idyllic and cozy fireplace room and two bedrooms can be found on the first floor. On the upper floor, which extends over an area of more than 100 square meters, a total of 3 bedrooms offer enough space for guests. A luxuriously equipped bathroom and an infrared sauna provide wellness moments.

A light-flooded office to work undisturbed and a wonderful leisure room for yoga or family table tennis offer space to meet a wide variety of needs. The lush garden of over 1000 square meters, protected from view, has a furnished terrace with deck chairs and beach chair.

The huge and lush garden of over 1000 sqm is the heart of the property. The wind- and view-protected terrace is equipped with patio furniture and the perfect place to sit together outside on warm summer evenings. In addition, there are comfortable deck chairs and a quaint beach chair at your disposal. The spacious garden faces south and is not visible from the outside, so you can spend undisturbed relaxing moments with your family in the garden.

The garden was designed by a renowned garden architect, who paid special attention to a balanced composition of open spaces and flowering islands.

Even if the weather on Föhr does not play along, the Kommandeur Haus allows you to enjoy wellness moments. Enjoy the infrared sauna or take a relaxing bath and end the day by the fireplace or tiled stove with a good glass of wine. We will gladly provide you with bathrobes and slippers for a small extra charge.

Your four-legged family members are also very welcome in our Kommandeur Haus!

We are happy to help you with bike rentals or reserve beach chairs for you. Our landlord couple on site will assist you with all questions and needs. Of course we provide cribs and high seats for the little ones on request.

The Kommandeur Haus has a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer, cable TV, Hifi system and WiFi.

Our kitchen awaits you fully equipped with toaster, kettle, refrigerator, wine fridge, dishwasher, 4 ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave and a Miele fully automatic coffee machine.

The Kommandeur House is located in the center of the village of Alt-Nieblum. Nieblum is considered the most beautiful village on the island of Föhr. With the Gothic Frisian cathedral St. Johannis and the magnificent captain's houses, the small village enchants with its Frisian charm. The Kommandeur Haus is right in the middle of the action - a delicious ice cream parlor, restaurants, cozy cafes and shopping are just around the corner.

In summer, the place transforms into a bustling vacation paradise, just minutes from the white, expansive sandy beach. As soon as you enter the spacious property of Kommandeur House, you can enjoy rest and relaxation in the beautiful garden after an eventful day.
