Vi invitiamo a trascorrere un soggiorno rilassante in una casa molto pulita e ordinata vacanza-decorato, nascosto in un quartiere tranquillo, tranquillo, e sicuro pur essendo molto vicino a negozi e divertimento in tutte le direzioni.

A soli 5 minuti di auto alla spiaggia di Siesta Key, il # 1 Spiaggia valutato negli Stati Uniti, e costantemente nella top ten delle spiagge del mondo, non sarete mai a corto di cose da fare.

La casa è meticolosamente mantenuto, ben arredate in uno stile che promuove un'atmosfera rilassante.

Centrally located home to beaches and Nathan Benderson Park

Home is in older community. Home could use some updating but was clean. Entry was made via key kept in lock box that was kind of annoying to use as some of the buttons didn't work well. A digital keypad entry would be much better. Biggest issue is a safety matter: front door is an out swing door so hinges are on the outside. This means anyone could push the pins out and remove the whole door from the outside. Also, there was a gap between the door frame and the door, exposing the door lock bolt. Anyone could easily pop the door open with a credit card or screw driver. I would stay here again but the front door would need to be replaced first.

Had a great time

Location was great and the neighborhood was perfect to walk. Everything in the house worked good so no problems. If anything that would be a negative to some people was the well water and the back yard was pretty much sand but was ok to me.

Residence was centrally located. Easy to get anywhere! Very quiet neighborhood and quiet street to walk your dog on ! House was equipped with enough kitchen equipment to get us through the month of January 24! The backyard has almost no grass but was fine for our pet ! I personally did a few repairs to the property while there !

Not what I expected

Owner very nice, fence was supposed to be fixed by the time we arrived, no it was not so we had to buy stuff to fix it we have dogs and wanted a yard. Yard is disgusting had to sweep house every day sand was everywhere. Landscape not the same as pictures and furniture all different. Couch was very uncomfortable. Refrigerator went out while we were there and we lost $200 at least in food, owner didn't even offer to refund us some money especially for what we paid in rent for three months. We left Feb 4th and never looked back.

Great location! 10 minutes from the siesta key beach. Very quiet neighborhood. Denny responded quickly to a couple of minor issues. Gulf Gates has a funky commercial area. Brine, a very good restaurant. Rico’s pizza, very good and gf options! Wanted to try the Thai restaurant but no time. Great yard for our dogs!

Filthy

The property pictures were so deceptive! The landscape upon arrival was horrible! The house was filthy! The microwave was broken. The freezer had left over foods inside. There was dog hair on the sheets. The backyard was rundown and what was left of the patio furniture was in horrible disrepair. The only, and I mean the only thing this property had going for it was the location. Minutes from siesta beach and excellent shopping and dining. The neighborhood was also fantastic. Beyond that I would not suggest this house for any other reason. Keep looking!

Nice home - good location

Overall it was a nice stay and Denny was very helpful and easy to communicate with. With a little TLC this home could be a 5 given it is in a nice neighborhood and generally a nice home with good setup inside for a small family. We would stay again if in the area.

Yard maintenance would have spruced up place, garage had stinky odor. Ice maker needed little maintenence. Over all was convenient and nice neighborhood. Would stay again

Great location!

The quaint little bungalow was updated and simple. Very clean, with exception of ants that appeared. Would have liked to use outdoor space, but not very inviting. Overall, great proximity to beach and plenty of dining choices.

Not the best but not bad

We arrived to a note from the last guests warning us about an ant problem. It wasn’t a big deal until our last 2 days. I think they’re coming in from the kitchen sink faucet. We never left food out but would wake up to them all over the counter. The house is in a good location, but it could use some TLC. The soap in the kitchen was watered down and there was no soap in the bathrooms so washing our hands after using the restroom was a task. The washer only washes clothes in hot water so be careful of anything you normally wash in cold. Overall, it served its purpose but was overpriced for what you get. (I get it, it was/is spring break so there was decent money to be made) :)

Pictures not accurate. Outside of property and building needs updating badly. Interior of home was good. Needs all appliances updated. Kitchen “Sugar ants” problem bad. Had to seal bag all of our dry food. Overpriced for value received compared to other rentals we’ve had in the area. Owner was very responsive when called. Neighborhood nice. A little TLC could make this a nice rental

Not Impressed

The owner is very communicative, which is great. However, the fridge had black mold spots maybe from being off for a while. We literally had to clean and disinfect it on arrival. We rode motorcycles and were drenched and extremely thirsty when we arrived. Automatically got water from fridge. We didn't notice til after we drank it there was mold inside. Nauseating to say the least. Something was wrong with the filtration system causing water to have horrible sewerlike odor. Owner came immediately. We then had to wait three hours to shower (after being in beach water all day) Two of us showered fine but odor returned before the rest could finish. The landscaping was a cheap five minute cut, leaving grass on driveway and sidewalk. Weeds high and leaning into entrance of front door. Cut grass easily causes a motorcycle to slip so it immediately caught my eye. The back patio had green mold around entrance. Definitely needs a good pressure washing. No steady lights out back. Just a motion light which we had to keep triggering every few minutes while out there. The beds are all hard. Not the most comfortable sleep. We were only there for two days so we kind of just dealt with it and enjoyed our time out. I won't choose this property again.

Great house close to the beach

We stayed at the location for 2 nights. All.cookware/utensils we needed to cook breakfast and dinner was there. The house was clean. It was located about 2.2 miles from Siesta Key beach which should have taken just over 5 minutes but took longer because of Memorial Day traffic. Very nice quiet neighborhood. Would stay there again. Denny was fast to reply to any questions I had and was accommodating. Thanks Denny.

Nice location near the beach in a quiet neighborhood

My husband and I stayed at this property from mid-March to late-April, 2020 just as coronavirus lockdowns came into place, so we spent a lot of time in this home! We enjoyed the property and it met our needs during our stay. We called the owner twice during our stay for maintenance issues and our concerns were taken care of immediately! The owner even dropped off extra toilet paper for us at a time when it was tricky to find in stores. The neighborhood is very quiet and very close to Siesta Key Beach. There are beach chairs in the garage which we used a couple of times before the beach was closed. The property also has beach towels for your use. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. (I highly recommend Detwiler's Market for fresh produce!) It's worth noting that some of the furniture has been updated since the pictures were posted. There is a new dining set and buffet as well as a new sectional couch and stand that sits under the wall-mounted TV. The couch isn't super comfortable, but it's pleather and easy to clean. The easy to clean part is a plus for a property that allows pets. There aren't any pictures of the master bedroom which has a queen-sized bed (quite comfortable), two dressers, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom that has been recently updated. There were a couple of items we were disappointed in that are also worth mentioning. The bathrooms don't have exhaust fans which seems odd in that hot and humid climate. Also, the yard doesn't look as nice as it does in the photos. I don't think the back yard is maintained in any fashion. (We never saw anyone caring for it during our 6-week stay. I did see someone mow the front lawn once.) Considering how much time we spent at the home due to having to practice social distancing, it would have been appreciated if the back yard was nicer to look at. There is a nice patio set on a concrete slab in the back yard that we used frequently. Overall, this property met our needs and was comfortable for an extended stay.

Pros: Good neighborhood, ample space in house, very comfortable beds, good water pressure, location close to Siesta beach, owner prompt on communications, private yard, good beach chairs provided, Cons: landscaping lacked maintenance, broken toilet paper holder, cracked refrigerator door shelf, poor drainage in tub, couch not the same as in photos and not as comfortable for family of 4, needs more utensils, drinking cups, sink stopper for washing dishes.

The neighbourhood is very nice. The properties here are maintained, the nighbours friendly, it is always sunny, and quiet throughout the day. This secluded little area is however just a few minute's walking distance to shopping, eateries, bars, and groceries in every direction. Huge plazas in all directions.
