Sierra's Base Camp è una casa a un piano con un'atmosfera da baita. È stato meticolosamente decorato e arredato per aggiungere ulteriore atmosfera di montagna. È davvero una casa lontano da casa. Speriamo che ai nostri ospiti piaccia tanto quanto a noi quando visitiamo.

La cabina ha una cucina completamente attrezzata con frigorifero, piano cottura a gas / forno, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, tostapane e macchina per il caffè. Il tavolo da pranzo può ospitare 6-8. Camera familiare dotata di camino a legna, TV "Fire Stick" a schermo piatto, lettore DVD e audio surround. La casa dispone di WiFi gratuito, pronto per l'uso. Il divano si trasforma in un letto matrimoniale quando necessario. Adiacente alla camera familiare c'è un tavolo da biliardo e un tavolo da pub. Immediatamente fuori dalla camera familiare c'è un grande ponte con un tavolo ombrellone (6 posti a sedere) e un barbecue a gas. Una lavatrice e asciugatrice a carica frontale di dimensioni standard si trova accanto al bagno degli ospiti.

Ci sono 3 camere da letto. Il Master ha un letto king size. Il bagno principale ha una combinazione di vasca doccia. Il mazzo è accessibile dal Maestro. La seconda camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale. La 3a camera da letto ha un letto a castello a due letti più un gemello estraibile. Il bagno per gli ospiti ha una doccia combinata. La casa può ospitare 7 persone in camere da letto e due ospiti aggiuntivi con divano letto estraibile per un totale di 9.

Vi è ulteriore spazio esterno nel patio anteriore. Abbiamo bellissimi mobili in legno che possono ospitare 4, oltre a un ombrellone. E ovviamente c'è una bellissima vasca idromassaggio per rilassarsi dopo una lunga giornata di attività.

Il vialetto ha una facile accessibilità, soprattutto durante i mesi invernali, ha una pendenza molto lieve verso il basso. Nessuna scala da affrontare (semplifica il carico e lo scarico dei veicoli). Il vialetto può ospitare fino a 3 veicoli.

Family of 4 getaway

Lovely cabin with everything we needed. Quiet and peaceful location. Clean fully functioning spa with shock chemical to add after each use is a plus! Bbq grill was clean unlike other properties we've stayed in the past. Came stocked with firewood to use which was awesome!! Was skeptical that the spa is located in front deck towards the street but honestly it's not bad at all! Wife and I used it every day of our stay in the early afternoon and evening time. Definitely recommend this cabin!!

Lovely cabin in Bid Bear!

We loved our stay! The home was warm and welcoming. Our family especially enjoyed the pool table and jacuzzi. The wood burning fireplace was amazing and all the pine and natural stone gave the home a cozy cabin feel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sierra's Base Camp cabin.

This beautiful cabin was everything we hoped for & more! We really enjoyed the large decks off the front & back of the home & the pool table. It was located in a charming little neighborhood & the cabin itself was well stocked with everything we needed. Our daughter especially enjoyed the bunk beds, toys & board games. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we’ll be back!

Beautiful home!

House is amazing and very cozy! Super family friendly! Love the decor, it completely felt you were in this beautiful chic log cabin. Kitchen and house was well stocked with everything we could possibly need (extremely thoughtful). We will definitely be back again! And, Teresa was great and super responsive. Thank you!

We enjoyed our ski weekend

With three bedrooms, the house was a good fit for me and my spouse, my daughter and her husband, and their three kids. The single story layout made it easy to get our luggage in and out of the house. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the pool table and the smart TV. We didn’t have any significant issues or complaints, and would certainly consider renting again. One thing to note is that cell coverage in the neighborhood is spotty, so I had trouble navigating using Google Maps until I downloaded the local maps.

Warm and cozy

Very nice property, clean and nicely decorated. Very well stocked kitchen, great for cooking. Tv with access to Netflix, amazon and Disney plus. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. I would definitely stay again.

Family Christmas Vaca

Sierra Bass was the best cabin we’ve ever stayed in, everything was clean, functional, plenty of open space for the family to enjoy, play games, pool or just watch movies. The yard was PERFECT for kids sledding. If I had to ask for anything it would be maybe cable TV for local channels to watch. The owners were so prompt with questions and very helpful with the booking process. Family voted, we’ll be back again! THANK YOU for letting us stay in your cabin to create great family memories!

Lovely Cabin in the Woods

We had a fantastic time at Sierra's Base Camp. The house is cozy and good for a group. Beautiful views and a perfect kitchen/living area for spending time with friends/family. If camping in the winter and there is snow, you do have to shovel the driveway which is pretty long and a little steep. Also, be aware that the driveway may be difficult to drive out of if there is heavy snow and ice. Overall, we loved staying at this cabin and thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Outstanding!!!

This was not the first time I have taken my wife and kids to Big Bear but, because of where we stayed, it was by far the best! The cabin was spacious, comfortable, clean and offered all the amenities we were looking for. The convenient access to the ski resorts was also a huge plus. The landlords were extremely helpful, kind and responsive. We will definitely be coming back for another stay!

Perfect cozy cabin for a weekend getaway!

Wish we could have stayed longer! It was so cozy and perfect for our family! The pool table was a lot of fun and my kids loved playing with all the toys! We were lucky to get some snow also which made it a magical trip!❄️👍🏻💕

Great cabin for families

We loved our stay here. Cabin was big and spacey inside and located close to the ski resorts/rental shops and Big Bear Village. Pool table and Jacuzzi were big pluses. Huge elevated patio but it was too cold to use it much when we went. Owners are very responsive and courteous. Would definitely stay here again!

Great mid week get away

I went up to this cabin for 3 days with my two young kids and the cabin was great! Plenty of space and well laid out. It was also very clean. I will return for sure in the future. MK

Brian and I (Teresa) love to be active. Brian is a mountaineer (has climbed 23K feet) and an avid mountain biker and skier. I love to run half marathons, workout, and ski. As a family, we enjoy hiking, cycling, and spending time with our family and friends.

We chose to buy a cabin in Big Bear because of its beauty, year round activities, and proximity to our primary residence. We specifically chose a house in Moonridge because of its close proximity to the ski resorts, downtown, and lake. Our daughter was 14 months when we bought our cabin and she was one of the main reasons for taking the plunge. This cabin has been named, Sierra's Base Camp, as a metaphor to giving our daughter the building blocks to learn, explore, grow, and to appreciate and respect the great outdoors.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

We love how private and peaceful our house is because of the way it's nestled on the hillside. Our cabin instantly gives us a relaxed feeling when we walk inside, we call it, 'our happy place'. I also love the knotty pine wall and high arched ceiling with log beams and our vintage sled and skis. But our favorite part of the house is our gorgeous river rock fireplace!
