Un condominio di lusso con ingresso indipendente e due camere da letto al secondo piano dell'edificio 4 con vista sulla splendida stazione sciistica di Oma's Meadow of Sugar Mountain. Situata a 4.500 sul livello del mare, questa unità offre viste panoramiche sulle montagne e un balcone con vista su Sugar Mountain Resort. Questa unità offre 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni, cucina completamente attrezzata, zona pranzo e soggiorno con divano-letto queen-size. La camera da letto principale offre un letto king size e tv via cavo e la camera degli ospiti offre due letti singoli. Wifi gratuito, televisione via cavo, lavatrice e asciugatrice, e molto altro ancora! Ci sono 4 posti a sedere nella sala da pranzo con posti a sedere aggiuntivi al bar. Una nuova club house è in costruzione e la data prevista per il completamento sarà settembre 2020. Avrà una piscina coperta, vasca idromassaggio, sauna, sala fitness. La struttura dispone anche di campi da tennis e aree per grigliate all'aperto.

Location is everything

Yes, this place is very dated and in need of repair. But dated is not the same as dirty. It was very clean and well stocked with towels. We never intended to use the kitchen, so it didn't matter that it was tiny and the appliances were old. We were there to ski, and you cannot get a better location than directly on the slopes. We had beginners, so the first day we drove down to the base (very quick drive). But once they were ready for intermediate slopes, we were able to walk out the door and start skiing. It was wonderful to have the flexibility to return to the room for water, snacks, bathroom breaks, etc. and then get back to the slopes right away. The place felt safe and had a great view from the balcony. Highly recommend renting ski gear from Highland House. Family owned and super efficient. Much better than waiting at the resort.

Property needs updates

Great location but very out of date unit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived to a beautiful resort and view from our condo only to see that it hasn’t been updated since it was built in 1984. It was not a comfortable stay. The beds are HORRIBLE. I could go on and on but I’m sure this isn’t the first time hearing about this unit. Also. There was a cup full of cigarette butts overflowing on the balcony that stunk and I wasn’t touching it.

Perfect Location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit we stayed in (422) was in a perfect location. Pretty view overlooking Oma’s lift. You can walk out the door and go skiing. It’s also right across the street from the pool/hot tub area so you could easily walk there after a day of skiing. We’re a family of 5 so we brought a cot and put it in between the twin beds and all 3 kids stayed in that room...so it was a great size condo for us.
