Un CHIAVI IN MANO recentemente rinnovato moderno & Airy 1940 Tudor trova nel altamente desiderata EAST NASHVILLE! Noto per la sua atmosfera artistica, ottimo cibo e atmosfera amichevole Oriente Nashville un ottimo posto dove stare. La casa è a soli 3 miglia al centro ed è un giro super veloce ed economico. Abbiamo anche un parcheggio in loco, se avete una macchina.

DETTAGLI accogliente. Materasso peluche di lusso ', w / lenzuola di lino, anche morbidi accappatoi accoglienti per gli ospiti. Luce aperta e riempito al piano superiore loft con funzionare pienamente cucina moderna. Soggiorno dispone di un letto convertibile, Smart TV con cavo e super velocità senza fili Wi-Fi. Master suite enorme ha 2 cabine armadio, TV e un ufficio / tana privato con una profonda cuoio giù RIEMPITO morbido e scrivania. La seconda camera da letto ha scrivania, come pure! Perfetto per un '"opera-zione» o viaggiatori d'affari. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici nuovi. Una lavatrice e asciugatrice è in loco per il vostro uso. Smart TV, Wi-Fi ad alta velocità, e legni duri in ogni stanza. Un sacco di asciugamani, ferro, anche un asciugacapelli in loco.

POSIZIONE CENTRALE. I siti di casa Tudor appena hop, saltare e un jim dal corridoio principale in Oriente. Quindi è facile e veloce per entrare e uscire. La proprietà è 1. 5 miglia a 5 punti un'area commerciale favorito di est, a 3 miglia a Downtown e facilmente raggiungibile in auto o uber. YMCA palestra / piscina è a pochi passi lungo la strada. A piedi, in bicicletta o andare ai luoghi più desiderati a Nashville. + Stiamo permesso e giuridiche per le nuove regole Nashville! Cute and comfortable!

We visited for a girls weekend and really enjoyed the escape the loft provided from the bustle of Broadway. We had the amenities we needed, including a gym located just across the street! And uber made getting around the city a breeze.

Perfect Get-a-way Spot

We rented out this loft apartment for a bachelorette trip. It was just as pictured, clean and cute with plenty of room. It was very comfortable as well, especially the master bed. We enjoyed not being in downtown. The backyard was perfect to sit around and drink mimosas without bustle going on around you. We loved the robes! It was such a treat to lounge around in robes and sip on mimosas. The owner was very nice and well prepared. The only thing I can say is that even tho it is close to downtown, it was a very expensive Uber ride to get dropped off in downtown due to the velocity of people. However there are some great places in east nashville near the apartment, such as Mad Donnas and 5 points, that were cheaper to be drooped off at. We were a little worried about safety but it was not an issue, as well as the added safety of three locks on the door. We felt safe as well in the back yard. I would highly recommend and will definitely use again on my next visit.

Modern Comfortable clean and amazing !!

The condo was gorgeous and had plenty of room for the 5 of us in my party! The beds were super comfortable as well as the two couches! The HBO and movie channels were awesome considering we were in sick one of the nights. The renter Kristin was super helpful with recommendations on places to go as well as accommodating to our travel plans with gracious flexibility! Loved this place and will definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay in Nashville

I had a lovely stay there. Kristin was the perfect host and was always available to help and had great recommendations of restaurants etc. The place itself was greatly equipped, from the kitchen, to the AC/Heat, internet, cable TV, bathroom, linen, washer/dryer, etc. All working perfectly. The place itself is a good 2 bedroom/1 bath, very spacious. Both rooms are great, there is one that is the master that includes a very nice walk in wardrobe and a very descent lounge/office space. Throughout the flat the decoration is spot on, tasteful and fresh, more than enough to make you feel at home. There's lots of light too, which makes breakfast time something to look forward to. :) Completely forgot to leave a note in the guestbook sadly. Thank you Kristin!!! Warm regards xx

Great place stay and owner!

We arrived to find a very clean and well organized, cute home away from home. My daughter and I stayed while taking care of some business in Nashville and really enjoyed the apartment. We weren't sure at first of the area, but it turned out to be easy to get to everywhere we needed - and quite convenient with a grocery not far and CVS across the street. Great restaurants were near as well. (Marche! for one)

We love to eat out, hang with friends, and take in the various events the city has going on. We have been hosting now for nearly 9 years and are thrilled to be on VRBO again. East Nashville is not only one of the most desired areas to live in but it's a center for great food, art, fun, and community. Nashville's most diverse and eclectic neighborhoods-killer food and great people. Most would say it's the biggest foodie neighborhood in Nashville. Tons of great little shops are peppered throughout - from curated goods to vintage finds. Just 4 miles or less to Downtown, convention center, stadium and a quick uber to all the best spots Nashville has to offer. East has plenty of parks and fitness places too!

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

This Tudor has been completely renovated and is a little "Urban Oasis". Our backyard is a private area, fully fenced with Bocee court, fire pit, hammock, grill , table and more games. So you can rest and chill before heading out. You can get anywhere super fast and is so convenient to so many places to eat, shop, work out and more. The house is just off a few doors off the Main Street so getting around is so easy. We are just a couple of blocks from some of East favorite restaurants, bars and coffee shops. PLUS we are only 4 miles to Downtown & Titans stadium. The location offers a cheap and easy Lyft or Uber to anywhere fast. The airport is also an easy ride and at around 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. We do provide off street parking spot plus there is on street parking as well of extra cars.
