Benvenuti nella nostra meravigliosa Bethany Beach tre camere da letto / 2. Casa a 5 bagni situata a circa 1/2 miglio dalla spiaggia e dal lungomare. Cammina, vai in bici o prendi il carrello da spiaggia Bethany, che ti verrà a prendere in fondo alla strada. Questa residenza si trova nella tranquilla comunità residenziale di Villas of Bethany West, in posizione centrale a Bethany Beach, vicino a ristoranti e negozi.

Questa casa è completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per una vacanza rilassante. La cucina aggiornata include nuovi elettrodomestici, lavatrice / asciugatrice, forno a microonde e caffettiera. La zona giorno comprende una TV da 50 ", camino a legna, impianto audio, WiFi e comodi posti a sedere. La sala da pranzo può ospitare comodamente 8 persone, tra cui un tavolo da pranzo e sgabelli da bar.

Abbiamo aggiunto una grande sala per 3 stagioni alla casa nel 2017 che ha un divano, 2 sedie girevoli e un tavolo da pub a 3 posti. Off the 3 season Room è una griglia a gas e un ampio cortile per far giocare i bambini!

La tranquilla comunità residenziale ha una piscina enorme con una piscina per bambini, campi da tennis, canestro da basket e un piccolo parco giochi. Non ci sono costi aggiuntivi per l'utilizzo della piscina condominiale e dei campi da tennis. C'è anche uno stagno comunitario, che è uno stagno salato, con un molo per il lancio del kayak o della canoa.

Questa residenza comprende 3 camere da letto e 2 5 bagni. Può ospitare 8 persone. Camera da letto n. 1 (master) ha un letto matrimoniale e bagno privato. La camera da letto n. 2 ha un letto matrimoniale con una doppia estraibile sotto di essa e la camera da letto n. 3 ha 2 letti a castello. Le lenzuola non sono incluse, quindi si prega di pianificare di portare le proprie lenzuola e asciugamani.

Questa casa a schiera è raggiungibile a piedi o in bicicletta per raggiungere la SPIAGGIA, i ristoranti, la caffetteria, il lungomare, ecc. Wawa, Rita's, Grotto Pizza e molti ristoranti sono a pochi passi!

The fact that we return to this property over and over again each year means we love it! The host is our favorite - so responsive and nice. The home is cozy and well stocked, It has updated modern decor and technology and in a perfect location near the Bethany Boardwalk and nearby restaurants. The Nor’easter during our stay caused the beaches to be closed, but we still had the nicest visit. You want a comfortable home to hang out in when you can’t be outside doing much, and Willow Haven is just that! I highly recommend this property! It has definitely become our home away from home.

Perfect beach getaway!

David’s property was perfect for our beach vacation! It was so well equipped from kitchen & beach supplies to toiletries & board games. Seamless check in/out process and great communication. We hope to return again soon!

Great Beach Rental!

My family and I recently completed a stay at this location and loved it! Everything from the location to the condition of the property was great. My children especially loved the bunk bed room. Bethany Beach is a great family location. It is close enough to Ocean City, MD to visit, but quiet enough for a relaxing family vacation. I highly recommend this property!

A beautiful home, well appointed and maintained! Listing indicated pet friendly, but paperwork in the home indicated no pets allowed, which caused a little confusion. Overall a great stay. Thanks for sharing it with us!

Great vacation rental

Our family had a relaxing vacation in Bethany Beach. David was very helpful and responsive as a host. I especially enjoyed drinking my coffee each morning in the screened in porch. The location is close to many attractions and having a parking pass for the beach was very convenient.

Great Girl's Weekend Getaway

The home was pristine, well-organized and decorated beautifully! We loved spending time in the screened-in porch. We enjoyed walking to the beach and also to dinner- so many conveniences all around! The owner was very responsive and ensured all was going well during our stay. Will definitely be back!!

This place is an absolute gem and the interaction with the owners is seamless and very pleasant. Importantly, the property is exactly as advertised. It is clean and has everything you need, and close to the beach! It always provides a fantastic experience, which is why we like to return year after year. Highly recommend!

Loved It!

This was our second stay at this house. Our two boys specifically asked to return this summer and we are so glad we did. Like last time, the house was clean, well-appointed, and so cozy. We loved coming home at night after a long day of beach activities to the quiet property and the smell of pine trees. The pool was so refreshing we loved how close we were to all of our favorite shops and restaurants. The owners were extremely responsive and proactively reached out to check in. Another great experience and a memorable week with family!

Comfortable & Cozy

My family (two adults + two kids) stayed for a week. The check in process was easy & the home was as pictured. Owner was thoughtful to check in with us to make sure all was ok & we had no issues upon check in. The home is comfortable and cozy. The 4 season porch was our favorite place to relax while at the house. The only issue we had was no pool due to Covid and the tennis/pickle ball courts seem to get flooded very easily. The ants were the only uninvited guests. They were all over the kitchen and a bit of a nuisance. The location is close to everything - making it an ideal place to stay. Parking pass was great and made beach access easy. Thanks for a nice stay!

Glad you guys are had a great stay. So sorry about the ants. I wish you would’ve notified us about them and we would have had an exterminator there right away. We called the exterminators right after reading this review.

Wonderful Location!

We enjoyed our stay at The Beach House. David checked in with us frequently and was extremely prompt with responses to inquiries we had. We did rent towels based on his recommendations but brought our own linens. The kids loved the bunk beds and the queen/king beds were quite comfortable. Appliances are newer and in great condition, we especially loved the washer/dryer. We visited the pool daily which was never super busy and very clean. Bethany Beach is located within walking, biking or driving distance with plenty of restaurants and parking available. We visited other beaches throughout the week as well (Dewey and Fenwick) which was nice to mix up! DiFebo’s restaurant and market are within walking distance as well as a wawa convenience store for anything quick, as well as a diner and an awesome seafood restaurant called Off the Hook. We would highly recommend this beach house for great memories and a relaxing time!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at Willow Haven and Bethany Beach. The house was well equipped and clean. The beds were comfortable. The bunk room was a big hit even for our biggest kid (13.5). They loved having their own space while still being together. The location of the condo was perfect with the choice of driving, trolley (right outside front door or walking). And of course the parking pass was key to always getting great parking spots for our beach day. Our only issue was the standing water all around the property. This is the fault of Mother Nature. We were told by locals that amount of rain was not normal, and there was actually some minor flooding in the area during our stay, and large puddles we had to dodge in and out of the condo and parking lot. This made the mosquitos extremely bad as well. On the rain plus side the back covered patio was awesome to sit and listen to the storms roll through and we did that almost every night. Recommend to all

Just perfect

This was the perfect spot for our family of six. Our teenagers enjoyed the freedom they had to walk safely to local shops and restaurants. Our four year old loved the pool, backyard and riding the trolley to the beach. The house was very comfortable, beautifully updated and immaculate when we arrived. This isn’t your typical rental house - everything is high-end and thoughtful. We will be back!

We live in Pittsburgh, PA, with our two beach-loving boys. We have been vacationing at the Villas of Bethany Beach for the past twenty+ years and just love it!

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We chose to buy this townhouse for two reasons. First, we love Bethany Beach. We love the fact that it is family- oriented, quiet and relaxing. Secondly, we love the Villas of Bethany Beach due to the location. We love riding our bikes to the beach, walking to WaWa for coffee, using the community pool, crabbing in the nearby salt pond, playing tennis, riding the trolley (for only a quarter!)and walking to our favorite (and Bethany's top restaurant), Off the Hook.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

We enjoy our townhouse because of the comfort. We know that you will feel right at home! The built-in bunk beds in the kid's bedroom allow 4 children to sleep comfortably. The 3 season room provides a nice place to relax while looking out onto a well-manicured yard.
