Scam. Beware. Nobody there. They get your money and do not show up.
Let’s start with my impression of your “Traveler Care” employee, Kelsie. Condescending, rude, made excuses and repeated them as if lies became true two minutes later, did not listen to us. The property looked like crap from outside the locked fence. Address scrawled on mailbox in barely visible sharpie. No one was there to greet me. What if i had arrived by cab with all my luggage and been left outside, waiting? There was no email nor call with contact info. There was no way via the app to contact gina or vrbo. And, during the booking process, ”gina” added $50 to the bill. We have seen a few vrbo hosts upping the fees after a request has been made. Shoddy business practice. Shame on those hosts and vrbo for allowing it.
I suspect a scam and warn you all to stay away. I want my money back.
