Grande casa con 4 camere da letto con ampio ponte al piano superiore con vista sull'oceano. 3 camere da letto si aprono su un ponte al piano di sotto. La quarta camera da letto si apre su un ampio ponte posteriore. Soggiorno / sala da pranzo a pianta aperta con area di lettura e una sala adiacente. Cucina moderna con ampia camminata in dispensa. C'è un'eccellente area giochi per bambini all'esterno nella parte posteriore. Ampio cortile.

Caratteristiche: 4 camere da letto - 2 matrimoniali (una con bagno privato), 1 matrimoniale, 2 singole, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, lavatrice a carica automatica, barbecue a gas, FOXTEL, 2 TV, una nella zona giorno principale e una nella camera da letto al piano inferiore, garage, grandi porte e finestre in vetro che si affacciano sull'oceano.

Tutte le prenotazioni effettuate dopo il 1 ° dicembre 2018 includeranno un pacchetto completo di biancheria. I letti non sono preparati e potrebbe essere necessario restituire la biancheria con le chiavi al checkout.

Fantastic beach house stay

Plenty of space for 2 families even when the weather turns bad the deck was perfect to sit and play board games.

Perfect beach house for a young family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Shifting Sands is a well appointed house with a large kitchen, family room and deck. With all the bedrooms located downstairs, a private yard, cubby house and safety gates on the stairs this was perfect for the young members of our family.

Large house with huge balcony

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were two couples and one child in this house for 5 nights and it was certainly spacious enough. The view was great from the balcony, which was a highlight.The bedrooms and living areas were a good size and the kitchen bench enormous. There was adequate kitchen ware which was good too.However we were surprised that there we no bins provided in the bathrooms or toilets. There was a basket in the main bathroom but that was obviously not sufficient for sanitary products. There was no hairdryer and also no hand towel for the upstairs toilet. If the owners fix these few small issues I think this house is a good option for a couple of families.Regarding location, it is quite a steep walk to the beach (especially on the way up!) so a car is definately recommended.
