Benvenuti a Seasons by the Sea, situato proprio nel cuore della splendida costa del Golfo, AL! Questo spazioso condominio è una scoperta rara - la combinazione di posizione, dimensioni e prezzo, con un lancio in barca, è quasi inaudita. Il condominio ha una grande piscina proprio ai piedi delle scale. Ci sono due fantastici balconi, un parcheggio coperto e molto altro.

All'interno del condominio si trova il meglio di tutto. Il soggiorno e ognuna delle tre camere da letto ha una TV a schermo piatto, ci sono 2. 5 bagni, e una zona soggiorno e sala da pranzo molto spaziosa che si apre in un'enorme cucina aperta completamente attrezzata e pronta per voi per preparare quella presa della giornata. C'è anche la connessione WIFI gratuita.

Le prenotazioni effettuate prima del 1 ° ottobre per la stagione invernale (gennaio e febbraio) richiedono un minimo di 60 giorni (due mesi). Le prenotazioni effettuate che non soddisfano questi criteri sono soggette a cancellazione da parte della direzione. Dopo il 1 ° ottobre, le prenotazioni possono essere effettuate per i mesi invernali in un minimo di tre o sette notti, a seconda delle specifiche dell'unità.

No Boat Ramp

Property is nice and in a great location, the boat ramp listed is not an actual boat ramp, it drops off at the water, you cannot actually launch anything with a trailer. You may be able to lauch kayaks by hand but thats it.

Relaxing getaway

Great location, very close to beach and restaurants yet private. Condo was very spacious, decks were great with small view of the Gulf. We had the pool to ourselves!

Quaint, but requires many updates.

We had somewhat of an interesting experience here. First off, the location was exceptional. When we arrived there were some men putting railing on the units at OUR check-in time. This was clearly a miss of the property management company. Next, we get into the unit and it’s dirty. I mean filthy. The dust that was on the vents was unbelievable and on the door hinges were dust and gunk. Again, nothing that couldn’t be remedied. We did have to stay one night at this spot, but the next day we asked the property manager to meet us at the unit to view our findings. She immediately moved us to another unit as she was astounded and disgusted by the findings. In the night we did stay, the beds were absolutely awful. My husband and I are pretty young, and we were sore after 1 night. I cannot imagine having spent the entire 10 days there. Here’s the bottom line, this property is nice. The footprint is great, and it’s the perfect vacation rental. However, the owner needs to put some money into this thing (beds, furniture, new window treatments, etc.) In addition, the property manager needs to check the work of the housekeepers so this doesn’t happen again in the future.

Great place & location

Check in was a breeze. The property was good. Descriptions of the beds wasn’t correct— the Master only had a Queen & not a King. Mattresses need to be updated. But overall we had no issues with the house. The swimming pool that’s shared with 2 other units is nice. Walking distance to the beach. Highly recommend.

Family time

We spent a few days here and it was clean and felt homey. Beautifully decorated. Close to everything! There is even a little grocery store right next door! We would definitely stay here again!

Across the street from beach about 2 blocks to public beach entrance

The place overall was decent. The lady who checked us in was very nice. Every time we pulled a cup or glass out of cabinet it was dirty so we rewashed everything before using. Lots of screws and nails in driveway we picked up all that we seen. This in no way reflects the real estate company we rented from. They were great! We had a nice time in Gulf Shores.

The outside of the property is a total wreck not as pictured. Everything is still washed away from the hurricane. No fencing around pool, decks on place are missing ballasters. This place should not be listed as pictured. They are pre hurricane pictures. We onlystayed because we were exhausted and did not want to mess with moving the next day as we arrived after dark.

Nice vacation rental

We enjoyed our stay but we didn’t feel that it was as clean as it could have been. Needed some repairs and a deep cleaning. Mold in the shower was kind of a turn off. The kitchen sink was stopped up when we arrived. We contacted the management office, and they were there promptly to resolve the issue. Overall, nice rental and great location!

Great Location Needs a Cleaning

I want to start with the excellent service we received from Poole and Associates for making the rental process easy. They checked on us, when we had an issue they responded quickly. The location of the rental was awesome. Easy to get to beach access, the little store next door was great for items we forgot. The layout of the condo was nice, enough room. Pool was a bonus. *Please note, If you have issues with stairs this is not the place for you. Now the bad points. The floors were nasty. dirty, sticky and hair and dust bunnies. Furniture was worn out. Washer and Dryer needed replaced, they should have been fixed or replaced along time ago. Ceiling fans and light fixtures were dust covered. Also the note on the refrigerator stated that housekeeping not to clean it out. And you are welcome to any of the food items left. There was ice cream, half of a onion out of date sour cream and 1/4 bottle wine. I do not think it is safe to consume food or drink if you don't know who has handled it before.. kinda RISKY.

Family Friendly Beach House

The house was wonderful for our family vacation. The pool was a wonderful feature our kids enjoyed! The house was laid out and decorated beautifully. The porches were nice for sitting and watching the kids in the pool. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Overall, one of the best experiences I have had with a VRBO! The beach is a short 2 block walk to the public access!

Very roomie and well stocked

This place was perfect for our family trip. This had to be the best stocked condo I have ever stayed in. From cots, blankets, games and movies. Not to mention every kitchen item you can think of. Only one compliant- I do not believe the listing stated it was was a two story condo with all the rooms on the 2nd floor. (‘It May have stated it and I missed It) Little challenging with toddlers but we managed just fine. I love the private pool, i believe it is shared with two other condos but we never had anyone else use it. It is also three or four short blocks to the public beach access. Also a store was right next door which was really convenient.
