Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful holiday here. The view from the balcony is just spectacular- beautiful place to swim and the apartment is situated in a quieter part of the village, although also very central to the harbour and restaurants. Apartment had everything we needed and Daniel was on hand for any questions. Really loved our time here and will definitely be back and stay here again.

What a gem

The pictures don’t do this place justice…it’s a proper hidden gem. Great local for a relaxing stay. The balcony has 180 degree view of the water. Owner very helpful and local of local shops, bakeries, restaurants and more only 1km away. Will defo be back.

Wohnung mit Traumblick

Wir waren wieder begeistert. Der Ausblick und die Lage ist einfach unvergleichlich. Das neue Bad mit der großen Dusche ist sehr schön geworden. Wir haben uns wieder rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Schlüsselbox erleichtert das Einschecken. Sue ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Wir kommen wieder!

Traumhafte Aussicht

Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist einfach traumhaft. Man hat das Gefühl, dass man direkt auf dem Wasser schwebt. Wir haben wundervolle Sonnenuntergänge genossen. Vor der Unterkunft gibt es direkt Treppen ins Meer. Ebenfalls hat es einen privaten Parkplatz. Die Lage ist ruhig, trotzdem zentral und man hat nur wenige Gehminuten zum Zentrum. Das Appartment ist mit allem was man braucht ausgerüstet und sehr sauber sowie modern. Obwohl es keine Klimaanlage hat, war es durch Ventilatoren und dem Wind sehr angenehm. Die Kommunikation mit der Inhaberin Sue und der Kontaktperson vor Ort Daniel ist schnell und unkommpliziert. Beide sind sehr flexibel und nett. Es war einfach wundervoll und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Was für eine traumhafte Lage!

Noch nie hatten wir ein Apartment mit so einem Ausblick! Satt sehen konnten wir uns in den sechs Tagen, in denen wir dort wohnten definitiv nicht. Jedes Mal, wenn mein Sohn mich nachts geweckt hat, musste ich kurz auf dem Balkon die Nachtstille und den Mond über dem überraschend stillen Meer genießen. Balkon, Ess- und Wohnbereich sind bestens ausgestattet, Bad zweckmäßig (nur mit Kopfbrause in der Dusche) dafür mit Waschmaschine, die Betten und Matratzen könnten einmal ausgetauscht werden (die Federn quietschen sehr und man hängt bei 70 und 85 kg sehr durch). Aber alles egal, wir sind jung und die Lage in Laufnähe ins Städtchen, an zwei Strände oder direkt gegenüber ans Wasser entschädigt alles! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Perfect setup ... amazing view ... simply a really good time!

I don't have to write much more than "perfect". The view from the second floor is amazing and I have never seen such a well equiped kitchen. The bath was as expected in standard shape and everything was clean. My family had a really good stay there. Daniel, who is responsible for checkin and all other stuff, was very kind.

Perfekt!

Grandioser Ausblick auf das Meer! Das Appartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Seit diesem Jahr gibt es auch eine Waschmaschine im Bad. Die Lage vom Appartment ist ideal - ruhige Seitenstrasse aber in wenigen Gehminuten ist man im Zentrum von Tribunj. Der Check-in mit Daniel verlief problemlos, ebenso der checkout. Wir kommen wieder !!

Amazing!

First of all: I am german but will do this in english. At least I'll try to. I'll call the apartement "The View", because it is absolutely stunning. S t u n n i n g! My wife and I stayed here for three weeks and still couldn't get enough of it. Don't get me wrong. Everything else is also really fine. You will find everything you need in the apartement. We also liked the fact that now a washing machine is available. One can also clearly see that this is a place where somebody *lives* occasionally, e.g. the furniture on the large (!) balcony is of a much higher quality than the normal "just-bought-for-the-tourists" kind of stuff. Also the kitchen is fabulously equipped. We have traveled this land (or its coastline) for more than twenty years now and this is the best apartement we ever had. One word of caution: The hot water becomes *very* fast, *very* hot! The wife made instant-coffee by just using tap water. Tribunj is a nice and really quiet village. If you expect some kind of night-life you might choose some other place. Otherwise everything you need is available and larger supermarkets are not far away (by car). The range of restaurants is good to normal to "touristical", which means: below average. We recommend "Konoba Bepo" - no great view but really good food. (No pizza, no pictures in the menue - allways good signs) Nevertheless and as they say in my (IT-)job: There's always room for improvement. So: The shower is rainshower only. The wife complaint about that it is quite difficult to shower without getting her hair wet. An additional hand shower would be good to have. The TV has no USB-, SD- or whatever slot. There ist just a HDMI-cable available (for connecting a laptop or simmilar if you have one with you). This is quite not the same and out of standard. A bit strange: If you come home late, there is a light above the front door to let you more easily find the last step and the keyhole - but the only switch for it is *inside* the apartement. ... I know and also Sue made it clear that - because she don't like them - there is no AC and that - according to her - the ceiling fans and the seabreeze will be good enough. If there is any breeze... If it isn't and the temprature is 28° the lowest at night - not to mention the 36° at daytime - you really wish for an AC...

Probably the best place we have ever rented!The apartment was very well equipped and had everything you needed. Stunning views from the balcony and just a few steps to the sea. Daniel was very friendly, helpful and easy to reach.

Stunning views

A wonderful apartment with amazing views from the large balcony, perfect for our family of four. Access to the sea is just a few steps away in front of the apartment. Just a short walk to a great choice of restaurants, bars and supermarket. Daniel was extremely friendly and helpful. We had a super time and certainly hope to return again.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit einzigartigem Meerblick

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Straße direkt am Ufer der Adria. Der große, schöne Balkon mit überwätligtem Blick auf das Meer und die vorgelagerten Inseln lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, sogar eine Spülmaschine. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Tribunj ist ein relatif kleiner Ort mit guten Restaurants. Mit Sue, der sehr zuvorkommenden Vermietrin, hatten wir schon vorher mehrmals Kontakt. Sie beantwortet schnell alle Fragen. Dani, der Betreuer vor Ort, ist ebenfalls sehr hilfreich. Wir haben uns hier gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Für uns steht fest, wir kommen wieder!

Unmatched view and all the amenities

We absolutely love this apartment and will definitely be back. The view is spectacular and it’s the perfect location along the coast with easy access to our favorite restaurant (Luna) yet quiet and peaceful. Daniel is wonderful and super helpful with any needs. Highly highly recommend.

Topwohnung in traumhafter Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet und befindet sich in einer traumhaften Lage direkt am Ufer des Mittelmeers. Die Betreuung durch die Vermieterin und die Unterstützung vor Ort waren ausgezeichnet. Der große und überdachte Südbalkon scheint über das Meer zu reichen. Das kleine Hafenstädtchen Tribunj ist ruhig und bietet fussläufig alles, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Wir hatten das Glück, an unserem letzten Abend dem musikalischen und farbenprächtigen Fischerfest incl. Feuerwerk beizuwohnen und die Parade der beleuchteten Fischerboote zu bewundern - vom Balkon aus sozusagen in der ersten Reihe.

Traumhafte Lage

Tribunj ist ein zauberhaft kleines Fischerdörfchen und die Lage der Wohnung traumhaft; der Blick vom Balkon aufs Meer gigantisch. Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen. Daniel der uns von der Agentur vor Ort betreut hat war sehr freundlich.

Amazing location and sea view

We enjoyed our vacation here very much. The view from the balcony is faszinating. We also loved the quiet location, the easy access to the sea and the beautiful promenade along the shore to the small town of Tribunj with a good variety of restaurants. The owner Sue was so kind to reimburse us a night because we had to leave earlier.

Traumhaft schön!!!

Sehr sehr schöner Balkon mit gigantischem Ausblick, bequemen Liegestühlen, komfortable Küche mit allem notwendigen vorhanden. Tolle Lage in Tribunj, alles gut fußläufig erreichbar. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub. Kommen gerne wieder:-)

I first fell in love with Croatia on a sailing holiday in 2004. The crystal clear waters of the Adriatic are undeniably welcoming as are the people. I returned the following year with the idea of finding a retreat to which I could escape when UK weather or general stress became too much to handle. I now like to share the experience with others and find that they too inevitably have a memorable and enjoyable stay. We also share the wonderful location of our house in the UK which we have had the good fortune to occupy for over 25 years and which lies beside the River Blackwater. A self contained annexe with it's own garden onto the river provides a perfect hideaway for two for either short stays or temporary accommodation for visiting relatives or between house sale and purchase.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

On walking into 19 Podvrh which looked nothing like it does today I had a heart stopping moment when the view was revealed through a torn curtain at a tiny front window. A year or two of not completely stress free negotiations with owner, lawyer, accountant, architect and builder finally provided the result you see now and I am eternally grateful to the little voice who first gave me the idea and then the courage and determination to win through!

Many of the restaurants stay open all year round and are frequented by local people in the Winter months who are always welcoming and friendly.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

I have tried to make 19 Podvrh a home from home with books, CDs and games as well as a comprehensively stocked kitchen. Many of the guests also contribute by sharing their own music or literature. My property is also lovely in the Winter months with its cosy underfloor heating. I particularly enjoy the changing weather views and magnificent sunsets from the balcony in all seasons. The village is busy and buzzing in the Summer season but quiet and serene in the months outside. All the centres of Zadar, Sibenik and Split are on hand for sightseeing and facilities not available in the smaller villages. The National Parks of Kornati and Krka are well worth a visit too. In 2010 we added a motor boat for hire by our guests per day, half day or week. Please ask.
