Luxurious 3-bedroom apartment (outlined in red on photo), sleeps 6+, in the secure and spacious Domaine des Lavandiers with its own swimming pool. Ideal for families with children (cot, high chair, buggy provided). .
WiFi Internet access included - suits people who need to keep in touch.
Apartment has a 15m2 terrace not overlooked with views of the Maures hills. Secluded beach only 5 minutes walk away and 10 minutes walk takes you to the centre of Cavalaire, pleasure port and the main beaches on the bay of Gigaro. St Tropez, Port Grimaud, St Maxime and le Lavandou are within 25 minutes drive. Good Carrefour supermarket within 3 minutes walk.
Coastal cycle track to Levandou starts nearby. Wonderful walks on the coast and the Maures hills.
Child and adult bikes and some beach equipment included.


Comment from recent tenant: Your apartment was much better than expected! The quality and condition of the appliances, furniture, lights, and decor were much better than typically found in rental apartments. Your conscientious care was evident in all things - right down to the dishwasher, comfortable beds, and cushions on the deck furniture. The private balcony was a particular treat - it is quite large and receives sun almost all day starting at 10 am! The layout is particularly smart - efficiently using every inch of space. Everyone was delighted with the ample parking, nice atmosphere, quiet neighborhood, and yet only a 5 to 10 minute walk to all stores/conveniences. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again. (Mrs AF, Germany)

Bel appartement spacieux comprenant énormément d'équipements, on se sent comme à la maison. Situé à 5mn de la plage et des commerces alimentaires, avec en bonus un très bon accueil du propriétaire. Merci encore 😊

Tolle Wohnung, gut eingerichtet, prima Lage!
Wir haben zu sechst zwei Wochen in der Wohnung verbracht. Es gibt alles, was man braucht und der Vermieter war stets bemüht, alle Fragen und Anliegen umgehend zu klären. Es gibt zwei Bäder und zwei extra WCs, sowie Ventilatoren für jedes Zimmer. Auf dem Balkon gibt es zusätzlich zum Esstisch mit Stühlen auch Liegen. In der Garage sind auch noch Strandstühle, ein Sonnenschirm, Tennisschläger und Fahrräder. Alle Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und die gesamte Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll. Besonders genossen haben wir den Pool und den Strand Bonparteau in Laufnähe. Auch dass man zu Fuß einkaufen konnte, war sehr angenehm! Die Anlage selbst ist ruhig und sicher, allerdings ist im Sommer auch mal mit Straßenlärm von vorbeifahrenden Motorradfahrern zu rechnen. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es auch viele Dinge zu unternehmen: von Wanderungen im Massif des Maures über den herrlichen botanischen Garten in Rayol bis hin zu Ausflügen nach St Tropez. Wir können die Wohnung guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen!

Lovelly apartment in Cavalaire sur Mer
We had a lovely stay in this apartment -- the apartment block is very safe , has a nice pool and is within a 10minute walk of the port . There is a lovely beach within a 10/15 minute drive . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have already recommended to friends !

Great apartment, great location, great town
Having visited many of Provence's towns over the years, this was our first visit to Cavalaire. We really liked it: it is a friendly family-centred resort set in a beautiful bay. There is a very nice marina, lovely beaches and scores of restaurants. Usually I take the car on long daily drives, and on this occasion did not budge for the final three days! The apartment itself if exactly as advertised, and it is extremely well located in what is one of the nicest developments in Cavalaire. I really loved the south-facing spacious terrace, with its vista of trees and greenery, yet only a few minutes from a Carrefour, five minutes from Bonporteau beach (morning swims), and only 10 minutes from the 1,000 berth marina. We also really appreciated the air-conditioning at night as the weather was very warm, and the children loved the swimming pools in the Lavandiers for their evening swims. The complex is very well maintained; during our 9 day stay the gardens were tended twice and the common areas cleaned three times, and it shows. The apartment has everything needed for a holiday, and the owner was very good in responding to all queries from the start. I would absolutely recommend this for a holiday, and hope to return in the near future.

Excellent again
We first rented the apartment in June 2006, and found everything there for our 3 yr old and 3 month old. We returned in 2013 and we're equally as impressed, especially with the addition of air conditioning and an awning, both being ideal with the heat of the sun. The apartment is probably in the best location in the complex, with views of the hills. Even in peak season it was very quiet with not many other apartments being occupied. The swimming pools were generally very quiet, and the shrubs around the complex have developed well. The buildings also seem to be in the process of being reprinted, to spruce everything up. The apartment itself is very well kitted out, especially for families, with a selection of bikes as well as beach equipment and other equipment. We look forward to coming again in the future.

Wonderful holidays!
We spent two weeks in the apartment with two young boys (4 ½ and 1 ½) and it was a wonderful stay. The apartment has all possible facilities, even with young children. The residence is secured and swimming pools are under the watch of a lifeguard. It is also located close from the center town and the beaches. The Carrefour market is only two hundred meters away, which is really convenient. No doubt we will come back next season!

Very nice and clean appartement in beautiful area
very nice and clean appartement with a large balcony in the 2nd floor, the description of the appartement and property, location etc. was very accurate, the owner was very friendly and gave very comprehensive information also about the area (e.g. way to the beach, supermarket, restaurants etc.), our expectations have been fullfilled, we can recommend this property!

Lovely apartment with a friendly service
My husband, two children and I had a lovely stay in this apartment. It is very well equipped and comfortable, we didn't want for anything. It is well situated for exploring the area by car or just walking to the beach and into the town. The owners are very helpful, full of useful advice and concern that your stay is perfect. This was our second visit, we would definitely recommend this apartment and would return again.

A superb stay
We stayed in this apartment for two weeks from late June and got both the feeling of French village life and the start of the tourist season. The owners' description of their apartment was spot on and the information we received beforehand made it very easy both to find and get going:-) We chose this apartment because it was very well equipped for a baby (bed, high chair, buggy etc) and because it said we didn't need a car. And we really didn't. Everything was in walking distance, supermarket, beach, two swimmingpools in the domaine and of course the town with a lot of restaurants. We took the bus to the nearby towns like St. Tropez and to the airport (4 euros for 2 adults). As for restaurants in Cavalaire we especially recommend Les Flots Bleu at the end of the Promenade de la Mer, a seasonal restaurants with reasonable set menus and lots of delicious food! Also Le Creperie Breton in the port and the pizza restaurant next door. The owners went out of their way to make the stay perfect. We would love to go back. Even though we are a family with a small child, we would say that the apartment fits older people because it is very quiet and also families with older children as it is equipped for all!

It is very clean, modern and well equiped, nothing missing for perfect vacations.The terrasse is also perfect for dinner and breakfast as the location of the appt. is very quiet with a marvellous view. Netherless you don't need a car as shopping possibilties are nearby which is very nice. Buying groceries by feet is wonderfull. There is also a beach near the appart which we found very nice. The security measures are high and you can feel very safe. The owners of the appart are very friendly and helpfull.It was a pleasure to cummunicate with them. As a conclusion I highly recommend this appart.

Four weeks in the sun
We had a wonderful time in Cavalaire, the beaches and restaurants were great with lots of other interesting places in easy reach by car or boat should a change of scenery be rquired. The appartment was perfectly located close to all amenities, it was well equipped and the balcony was bathed in sunshine for 12 hours a day. We found everything as described by the owner who sent detailed and thoughtful information and was genuinely concerned that we should enjoy our holiday to the full. With two small children we were particluary pleased that a high chair, cot, buggy and beach toys were all provided. I would recommend this property to friends, it was comfortable, clean and ideally located in a great resort.

I stayed in Cavalaire over a weekend on a business trip and found the area so attractive that we bought the apartment. One of our first clients also bought an apartment in the same domaine. Many of our clients have been visiting Cavalaire for many years.

Beaches and shops are in easy walking distance.
It is quieter and safer than the main Cote d'Azur from St Tropez to Nice.
