Sunny Days was even better than expected. Our family of four spent 5 days here over Thanksgiving and we needed an additional family to fill it up. The layout was great - 3 bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. We had plenty of room to spread it. The house was in great condition. The view from the back porch (and off the master) is a great selling point and the pictures don't do it justice. From upstairs, you can see the ocean off in the distance. There is no development behind the property so it is private and quiet. The location of the house was great too. It's an easy walk to all the hot spots - pools, playground, and the beach. I was surprised that the garage was unavailable. For the price of the house, it would be nice to have access to the garage, some beach towels, and some sand toys available to the guests. Also, the cabinets are fully utilized so there's nowhere to store your groceries, other than the countertops.
