We are a couple with a baby son JJ , Jazzy and I. We have lived and traveled through out Asia for the past 3 years, we settled in Thailand. With the ease of foreign investment here in Thailand especially with Leasehold Condos we could see the big opportunity here so we invested our savings here in Naiyang with the Title Residents We both work online so this is an extension of our online work .

We choose this property because of Naiyang Beach is in our view the nicest beach in Phuket and it still not to built up yet here and that it is close to the Airport and a lot of other places Like world class golf courses the elephant sanctuary and the Soi Dog Foundation just to say a few, it is very close to there a lot of places with in 15 minutes . It has a really nice Vibe very friendly people,
We also had stayed at one of Titles other Condo projects and were so impressed with the Company the care into every detail, the up keep of all their properties is second to none. They have a very nice design and we loved there landscaping and there of planting of mature trees some must be 100 + years old and their other amazing plantings all over the resort it is truly a tropical paradise you get to stay in. And of course the added bonus of only being 250 meters from a very beautiful and safe swimming beach and NaiYang Beach Markets are walking distance they are great to get fresh produce from every few days and or cooked food they are really big wide selection of things to see and buy great atmosphere and they are on every couple of days. So we think it a great location and great investment to be involved with
