Booking said there will be a doorman at night, there was none. Jacuzzi didn’t work at all. Property manager wouldn’t pick up the call. So texted owner and told him about the issues. Owners response was “ listing is 12 yr old, we couldn’t afford doorman so don’t provide that anymore”. About jacuzzi he said “ could it be human error, bcoz guy before me didn’t complain about it”. Told me he will refund money for one day left and to empty next day if I like. Not sure where he think we would go for one day. So yes owner became hostile once I told him the issues and implied I wanted some kind of compensation. Stay at ur own risk, avoid if you can. Property is extremely poorly maintained. Bed sheets and comforter stank, and beds were super uncomfortable too. Never again
