A beautifully appointed vacation retreat, this four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bath home offers invigorating island breezes and captivating panoramic views of the crystal-clear water over the bay towards St. Croix.

Comprising a series of private, interior access bedroom suites, indoor and outdoor gathering areas, a large fully loaded kitchen and bedroom decks, this villa leaves no need unfulfilled. Tucked to the hill just overlooking the water Villa Royce is perfect for watching the sunrise. The great room can be opened on all sides to let in delicious breezes and Caribbean sunshine, and the large private pool or the soaking tub is ideal for taking a leisurely afternoon dip. With the charms of Cruz Bay and the pristine North Shore beaches just minutes away, Villa Royce has it all.

Amazing house!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for our group of 8! The setup was perfect and the house had everything we needed! This is our 4th time renting a house on St. John and we all agreed this was our favorite house so far! We enjoyed the pool daily! Loved that this location was close to Cruz Bay! Customer service for this house was great! They were very accommodating and helpful with anything we asked! Would highly recommend this to others and would also stay here again! We enjoyed snorkeling and renting a dinghy from Wharfside Village and spending a day on the water!

Wonderful 30th Anniversary Trip

Great villa and convent location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our 25th time to St. John but our first stay at Villa Royce. We loved the layout of the villa and it was well equipped for us. The convince to town and groceries was excellent. The only “negative” was that there wasn’t a lot of pool deck and early afternoon most of the pool and deck was shaded. It didn’t stop us from enjoying the pool though. Good value for your money. The staff at Catered To were, as usual, excellent to work with and responsive to our needs. Will definitely use them again and have many times.
