This beautiful luxury property offers 2 bedrooms (each with its own king sized bed, closet with safety box, flat screen TV, and private en-suite bathroom).
The kitchen in the spacious open living area is fully equipped, and the private swimming pool is surrounded by a luxuriant tropical garden, with a beautiful view on the rice fields nearby.
A true nest of paradise for any small group or families, ideally located 2min away from the busy streets of Seminyak and its many restaurants and shops!

The space
Villa Laurent is ideally located in a quiet residential area at the gates of the famous district of Seminyak, 5 minutes from all shops and delicious restaurants.
This modern villa of 120m2 on a plot of 2.5 aras has a large swimming pool of 10m x 3m with a big sunbathing area and an incredible view over the rice paddies.
A fully equipped and very functional american style kitchen overlooks the sitting / dining room opening onto the garden and swimming pool.
The two spacious bedrooms are air-conditioned and each has a king size bed, cabled LCD TV, a safety box, slidding doors with black out curtains and a large dressing room.
One has a bathroom with bathtub and shower and the other has a shower.

The Guests will have access to the entire property.

I have lived over 17 years in Bali and I am here to help you organize your perfect Bali vacation, from booking your villa to assisting with the booking of any additional services you might need during your stay, such as car rental (with/without driver), private cook, babysitter, excursions and more!
