The owners have creatively styled this home with a combination of contemporary and antique reproduction furnishings and beautiful artworks, creating a blend of old and new that is refreshing and eclectic!

The 1760 Suite has gorgeous original wood paneling, a large bathroom with walk-in shower and separate jacuzzi tub. Here you will have a lovely view out to the back pasture and far barn. A large walk-in closet completes the 1760 Suite. The Guest Suite has a large bedroom an dlovely bathroom with tub/shower combo. This suite also has a separate sitting room which can be private or opened up for all of the 2nd floor to share. Both the Master Suite and Guest Suite are furnished with contemporary Crate and Barrel furniture and lovely artworks.

The 1760 House is just around the corner from the Cape Arundel Golf Course, where many Presidents and other dignitaries have played. We are located just 1.5 miles from Dock Square, so guests can walk or bike into town. We are 4 miles to Kennebunk Beach and 5 miles to lovely Goose Rocks Beach. We are convenient to all shopping, restaurants and other local tourist attractions such as whale watching, deep sea fishing or sailboat trips. Horse and Carriage rides are also a charming way to see the town! We are a short distance from Vinegar Hill Music Theater.
