The upper level has a master double ensuite bedroom with fireplace and jacuzzi shower column. The villa is strategically located close to some of the famous Eastern Chania beaches and almost between two cities, Chania and Rethymno. Central Chania and its cosmopolitan Venetian Port is just a 35 min drive while Rethymno town is just a 55-minute drive.

The nearest village is of Plaka Apokoronou but at the nearby sea-town of Kalyves, you will find a wide range of shops, services, banks, ATMs and pharmacies. The nearest beach of Plaka is 1.200m away and the famous blue flagged Almyrida beach at 1.400m away.

The villa is located next to a gorge that leads to the sea, offering an easy and exciting hike.

Please be aware that our rates exclude an additional stayover tax. For stays from March to October, the tax is €10 per night, while from November to February, it is €4 per night. This tax applies to all bookings starting January 1st, 2024. Guests are required to pay this additional tax directly to the check-in assistant who will be responsible for key handover upon arrival.
