This cozy, 3BR/1BA spacious home is situated on a private dirt road and less than a mile to Point of Rocks Beach on Cape Cod Bay. Comfortably and casually furnished, it has a fully-equipped modern kitchen, spacious living, and plenty of space outside to unwind. Spend your evenings on the outdoor patio reading your favorite book or for outdoor grilling. Other amenities include central a/c, cable TV, gas grill, and outdoor shower. Fish, swim, sun and explore the tidal pools on the sandy beach at the bay or take on the waves at Nauset Beach-10 minute drive. If you enjoy ponds, Nickerson State Park is just a short drive. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Off-season potential availability with additional utility and fuel costs to be determined on a per booking basis. Linen package is available upon request at an additional cost.

Great place. Wonderful location!

We stayed for a week. I would describe the house as a classic family beach home. Very comfortable. Had everything we needed. Great outdoor space which was a win with the kids. A+

Brewster Vacation

Lovely stay in Brewster

We had a great stay at this Brewster house. We walked to the local beach several days and visited some other beaches that were easy driving distance on other days (First Encounter and Coast Guard Beach). The house was bright and sunny and very comfortable and convenient for our group. We highly recommend!

Don't understand why I had to go to real estate location to pick up instructions, could have emailed to me and saved me 40 minutes. When turn on hot water in bathroom, water comes out from under faucet, should have it looked at.
