The traditional open concept cabin floorplan on the main level offers guests staying in the loft’s master suite a bird’s eye view of the updated kitchen and spacious great room with its comfortable sofa, gas fireplace, and flatscreen TV, as well as a private balcony to enjoy the long-range mountain view. A second master suite on the main level accesses the cabin’s covered porch and screened outdoor dining area. The terrace level den is a cozy place to cuddle up for a movie night. An eight-seat dining table completes the interior living space.

Wonderful outdoor amenities! The rental offers guests spacious covered decks with comfortable seating and ceiling fans as well as a steamy hot tub ready for chilly nights under the stars. Guests who would prefer to stay indoors have plenty to occupy their time, too. In addition to the large sectional, the living area also features a foosball table and plenty of cozy corners perfect for reading.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be the card holder and be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Non Pet Friendly Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.

No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 penalty fee.
