The apartment is light and well appointed so you can enjoy the view's and warmth coming from the balcony. It is fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home during your stay, unpack your bags, cook your favourite meal or just unwind with the lovely comforts and scenes around you.
The lounge and sunny balcony areas are a great place to relax with a drink after a long day, watching the boats come and go from the harbour and as the night creeps up see the city lights sparkle.
The TV has freeview channels and there is a chrome cast in the apartment which can be used on both TV's for Netflix and other streaming websites or apps.
The full kitchen has all the equipment you need to prepare a great new recipe for your fellow guests which you can then enjoy at the dining table together.
The bedrooms both have dreamy beds and pillows accompanied by high quality linen giving the sun kissed, crisp sensation. The main bedroom you will wake up to sunshine and spectacular views over the city and harbour, it has a queen size bed and wardrobe with hanging space for your belongings. The second bedroom has a TV with chrome cast perfect for a quiet night watching movies, there is a coat closest space for hanging your belongings as well.
There are some children's toys and books in the apartment along with a portacot and mattress.
The building has a shared outdoor pool to enjoy during the summer months.

Guest Access:
The whole apartment is yours to enjoy as well as the shared pool area.
*Note* This apartment does have a contactless check in procedure - This means you will need to collect the key from an external location that is about a hundred metres away from the apartment. The detailed instructions on how to retrieve & return the keys will be sent to you 48 hours prior to your check in, please ensure you read this before beginning the check in process!
The Neighborhood:
This property is located on the edge of the inner city, so you are away from the hustle and bustle but within walking distance to fantastic dining, shopping, attractions and transport options including the ferry! Spark Arena is just across the road where you can enjoy basketball, concerts, gigs and theatre shows.
Britomart is a short (flat) stroll around the corner which offers exquisite cafes and dining options, beautiful boutique shopping and other conveniences like the supermarket, a gym, hair salon and the transport hub that will take you anywhere you need to go! You can also find the ferry terminal in Britomart with incredible island escapes on offer - take a day trip to Waiheke for wine tasting and a swim!
Parnell is your other neighbouring suburb with more great dining options and a local farmers market on the weekends.
Getting Around:
The city is best explored by foot, with everything in walking distance you will really embrace yourself in Auckland city. There is minimal parking in this area and throughout the city so we advise using Ubers, they are quick and generally well priced.
The transport hub in Britomart has trains and buses going in every direction as well.
Other Things to Note:
There is potential for noise in this apartment as it is very close to a main road. There are earplugs located in the bedside tables to help with this.
Infants:
Cots and high chairs are available to guests on request.
Keys & Lock-Out Policy
Any keys not returned to us on your check-out date will be charged in full, along with the cost of replacing the lock(s) to the property (if necessary). If you lose your keys, or lock them in the property during your stay, we will make every attempt to provide you with a replacement as soon as possible.
If outside of business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm), we will charge you with a minimum call-out fee of $100+ GST as well as any other costs incurred in enabling you to access the apartment again and replacing lost keys.
Breakages:
Please inform us of any breakages during your stay. We won’t charge for minor cutlery/glassware etc.
No parties or noise after 10pm:
Please respect your neighbors. Security call out fees will be charged from your security bond. No more than 4 people to stay at the apartment.
