➜ *SNOWBIRD* Snowbird Season is December through March on a monthly basis. The monthly rate for December-January is at a premium of $3500 p/ month plus fees. The monthly rate for February and March is $3000 per month, but Dec. & Jan & Feb can be reserved together for the standard rate of $3000 p/ month plus fees. Snowbird Rentals can be booked online & are subject to an additional cleaning fee.

➜ Renters staying 7 nights or more are responsible for the electrical bill. The meter will be read at the check in and check out. A $200 US refundable deposit will be charged before check in.

➜ All bedrooms have A/C. There is no A/C on the living room.

We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We're only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self-check-in upon arrival.

• La Yuca Caliente – Best pizza and pasta in town. When you arrive, tell the waiter to recommend the best spicy pizza on the menu, with a good glass of wine. Ranked #31 out of #155.

• El Dieciocho –“Restaurant serving an interesting menu with very upscale products! The chef has 25 years of experience in the New York market and he is a culinary arts graduate”. Ranked #1 out of #155.
