The court yard is shared, as upstairs tenant and studio tenant walk through the courtyard to reach their front door. Please note outdoor dining area inside the court yard is exclusively for the downstairs unit.

Bedrooms are down the hallway. All rooms have built-in storage and ceiling fans.
BATHROOM
Modern bathroom with walk-in shower and vanity, toilet is separate. A second toilet is located inside the garage in the laundry area.

Sorry, no driveway or garage parking. Plenty of free street parking available, this is a quiet cul-de-sac. Driveway and garage are in use by longer term tenants in back studio and upstairs. The garage CAN be used to store boards or other items. Entrance door from garage to downstairs apartement
