• THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING
We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started.
Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

• HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

• TRASH DISPOSAL
Please dispose the trash daily in the plastic bench to keep a clean home.

• ONLINE PURCHASE
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.
In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply.
Some resorts may not accept them.

you are renting from a large management company not an owner

Had to jump through hoops even after my payment was excepted. I've rented many different units in Regal Oaks. We could not get WiFi to work. Called number listed three different times with hold times of 5 minutes plus before I gave up. Finally reaching management....I was told, "you know we manage more than 300 properties". Nice young man came by to tell us the info given in check in package and what was listed on refrigerator was wrong. He gave us correct info. Told him two of 5 TV's didn't work properly. The remaining TV's worked the last night we were there. Property was more than adequate, but my suggestion would be to rent from an owner who will answer the phone.
