- Kimberley Three is one of three separate apartments in the Kimberley House complex on Nelson's waterfront. Kimberley Three has its own private entry & parking areas.

- Covered off-street parking is available for 1~2 vehicles (max. one large and one small vehicle can be parked here). On-street parking is available on the corner just above the carport.

- One off-street carpark is provided with this apartment. We may be able to arrange additional off-street parking by request.

- Due to the uncertainty associated with COVID-19 travel restrictions, we are pleased to offer Free Cancellation with Full Refund up to 14 days prior to arrival for all new bookings taken in this apartment after 20-October 2021.

- We will provide free postponement of your booking in the event of government travel restrictions, serious illness or other eligible compassionate circumstances.
