Would rent from here again
Rating Details:
The property manager was very unhelpful.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
I was very unhappy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Unfortunatey, we had to cancel our Mammoth Trip due to the blizzard warning in the Mammoth and Lake Tahoe area. The news advised to not travel for our own safety and we were closely monitoring the storm that week. The day before our arrival, we asked Mammoth Reservations if we could get a credit or refund, but unfortunately their cancellation policy does not allow it. They mentioned only providing credit if there were road closures, which I had told them there was and provided screenshots. Martha responded that certain parts of the road was open, but was not understanding of the hazardous road conditions and we didn't want to risk our family's safely. They only credited us a small cleaning fee and didn't care for customer's safety and only cared about themselves. Should have looked up Yelp review prior to booking, as it seems to be consistent with my review.
