The Space:

Featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this fun and modern space will have you in vacation mode as soon as you open the front door. The spacious master bedroom includes a King bed, a large closet, and an attached bathroom. The second bedroom offers another King bed with a shared luxury bathroom featuring double sinks and a tiled walk-in shower. The third bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed/trundle combo, with a twin bed on top and a full bed below with a full pull-out mattress underneath.

Enjoy the atmosphere and luxury of a boutique hotel in the comfort of your own private apartment. The bedrooms and living spaces are full of designer touches, from funky Star Wars themed walls, to Mickey themed curtain tiebacks, to mid-century inspired furniture.

A HOME AWAY FROM HOME
This open floor plan apartment comes complete with a laundry room (free washer and dryer!) as well as a gourmet kitchen stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, and even a blender. There is plenty of space to entertain family and friends at the 8-seat dining table. After dinner, cozy up on the couch or get some air on the attached covered patio. Free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment helps you stay connected and share your vacation with your followers!

The Storey Lake community is within a short drive or even walking distance of an enormous selection of bars, restaurants, and activities. Lake Buena Vista Factory Shops, Congo River Golf, and Capone’s Dinner Show are just a few of the options within a 45 minute walk. As an added bonus, the nearby Falcon’s Fire Golf Course is recognized as one of the finest public courses in Orlando - it is home to an 18-hole course, a restaurant, and a golf shop.

Getting Around:
This property is only about 30 minutes from the Orlando International Airport (MCO) and the complex conveniently provides free parking for guests. Drive, walk, or rideshare to the variety of attractions and restaurants that surround this perfect location!

Other Things to Note:
The pool heating service is only available from November to the end of April.

Wi-Fi, Smart TV, bed linens, bath towels, bed linens, washer/dryer and parking are all available free during your stay.

We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, trash bags in all trash cans, and a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner. These items however are not replenished. When you run out, you’ll have to buy more.

There is no daily housekeeping service but a mid-stay cleaning service can be requested for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance so we can coordinate.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

Early check in subject to availability with an additional fee.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
