Summary:
This high set family home has been sharply renovated throughout to offer a now modern holiday escape with a huge level lawn area & sweeping views to the ocean.

The Space:
Enter via a double automatic garage with direct internal access up to the middle level for living, lounging, meals & all things entertainment during your stay!

Watch a movie or play some games (indoor or out!) with a 3in1 games table offering table tennis, pool or air hockey – outside the ultimate lawn bowls or putting green to practice your swing! Family kitchen is complete with stainless fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine & breakfast bar opening to casual dining space with round table to seat 8 with high chair available.

With all bedrooms situated on the top level of the property, it will be the perfect time to enjoy a sleep in. All bedrooms feature mirrored built-in wardrobes & bedside tables, master with ensuite, walk-in robe & balcony access. A large master bathroom is complete with freestanding tub to soak in after a long day in the sun at the beach.

Guests please note there is a flat that may be separately occupied underneath the home – access is separate & outdoor spaces are private (if we didn’t tell you, you probably wouldn’t notice).

The Neighborhood:
Copacabana has a beautiful beach popular for surfing and swimming. Not far from the hustle and bustle this small town is quieter and perfect for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Copacabana has a whale viewing platform where during the winter season Humpback Whales can often be seen migrating. Just across from the beach are home owned cafes and takeaway stores. Only a 10 minute drive to Kincumber Shopping Village and a 15 minute drive from Erina Fair there is plenty to do for a day out.

Buses operate in this area, however, public transport options are limited. Check out the TripGo app for transport timetables.

I highly recommend using ride-sharing service Uber.

Great house and location. Some improvements needed.
Stayed over Easter, 2 adults and 2 kids. Communication with the agents was average. We asked for early check in which was approved 1 week prior, however, this was not communicated to anyone else and the person who approved it was not working the day of our check in. This was disappointing. The house is accurately described and pictured. Its a modern, well-lit house with large living areas and modern kitchen and bathrooms. It is pet friendly. The kids and dog loved running around in the big backyard with artificial grass. Being able to use the double garage with internal access was great. The table tennis/pool/air hockey table was a lot of fun and the big screen TV was great for movie night. The location of the house was excellent, about 15 minutes walk to the beach. High up on a hill with a view of the ocean from the upstairs balconey. Nice and quiet most of the time. Bathwash and hair products in all bathrooms. Despite my suggestions for improvement below we would still return as the house and location out-weighed the short-comings. Suggestions for improvement: - lots of spider webs around the house, including a red-back near the garage entrance - minimal cooking supplies provided ie salt, pepper, and 1 packer of aldi espresso pods. Minimal cleaning supplies ie no hand soap in bathroom, 5 dish-washing pods. If you are having an extended stay you will need to bring a lot of your own items. - no welcome / house booklet - there is an apartment underneath the house with seperate guests and you can certainly tell when someone is there - the central air conditioner sounds like an aeroplane taking off.

Great all-rounder
While this property is not in walking distance to the beach or shops, it's a quick drive down the hill and the house itself is so well set up for families, there are great options for the un-sunny days as well.
