Nestled among live oak trees draped with Spanish moss, this private oasis is the perfect place for your next beach vacation, golf outing or family getaway.

Located on the prestigious Palmetto Dunes eleven mile lagoon system, this four bedroom home with private pool and spa is an easy walk or bike ride to the beach, and a ten minute bike ride to Shelter Cove with its restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and shopping.

This single-story island retreat comes with a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and a large family room with high ceilings and a 65-inch Smart TV. Step outside the sliding glass doors to the pool area for an incredible indoor/outdoor experience. The home comes with a private dock, outdoor grilling area, fire pit, spa & pool and ample seating.

The Primary and front guest room have mounted TV’s equipped with Apple TV and hi-speed internet. This home has four bedrooms (3 kings, 1 queen), 3 ½ baths inside and 1 full bath located by the pool.

This home is strategically located - it’s less than a mile to the beach, less than a mile to Shelter Cove, and less than two miles to either the Robert Trent Jones golf course or the Palmetto Dunes Tennis and Pickle ball center. It’s the perfect place for your next vacation.

The spa can be heated (June - October) for an additional fee.

Great vacation

Palmetto Dunes is extraordinary for the family and the house was 10 points. We can't ask for more, we had all in this trip. We hope to back soon (4 of July 2024?)

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was excellent. The only improvement needed was the gas grill. Needs to be replaced or needs some replacement parts. One of the main reasons for choosing the property was the hot tub and pool. I wasn’t told the hot tub isn’t turned on until June 1. I thought the $700 charge to turn on the hot tub was excessive. Overall it was a great rental experience!
