Perfectly located on Inverloch's beautiful inlet beach, immerse yourself in this quiet and tranquil townhouse that offers itself to all.

The hidden gem is a short 50m walk from the shores of the family friendly Inverloch Inlet beach and is located directly across the road from Inverloch's newest general store that will cater for all your daily needs.

This two-Storey townhouse features 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and two separate living areas. Downstairs contains two bedrooms; between the two rooms you will find the laundry complete with a front loader washing machine and clothes dryer. Next door is the first bathroom containing a shower and toilet. The main feature of the bottom floor being the large lounge and entertainment area, the perfect spot for the kids or to kick your feet up and relax in your private beachside oasis.

Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a stunning walk-in robe & ensuite.

The open planned living area and kitchen creates a lively and communal area that opens up to two furnished outdoor decking areas to soak up the sunshine and enjoy the ocean air with dinner or a drink or two.

Memorial weekend

Hi, most of what we found upon arrival was great, the space, the layout, the location, all good. What could be improved upon was the need to and the cost of hiring linen - it should be included. The impact of walking in the door and seeing partially repaired walls and grotty carpet going up the stairs, the oddity of a non working spa on the landing. Later we found things like crumbs on the bench, dirt on the floor, hairs in bathroom, no brush to clean toilet (ensuite). There was a lot of cobwebs and spiders in the outside areas. The pillows upstairs were either too thin or too thick. Only other thing was it wasn’t obvious which unit it was as you would expect unit 1 to be the front one, not that obvious that it’s the back one. The boys loved the giant tv and spacious couches in their own space.
