Have the best vacation of your life in this absolutely stunning three bedroom villa located within Wendover Dunes! No expense was spared creating this special vacation villa.

The kitchen is large and beautiful with its custom cabinetry, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. Being fully-stocked, you'll have ample equipment and space to create the perfect family meal if you so choose. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, with seating for six. This is in addition to seating for four at the kitchen bar.

The living room is expansive and features beach contemporary furniture, an HDTV and access to the large screened-in porch. The entire villa has been painted, furnished and updated with the beach in mind, very light and bright!

The Primary Bedroom is its own suite with king bed, HDTV, access to the screened in porch and of course its own en-suite bathroom. The Primary bathroom has a custom double vanity and large walk in custom-tiled shower. The Second Master Bedroom also has a King bed, private porch access and a large, updated bathroom. This bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower and separate soaking tub. The third bedroom contains two XL Double beds and an en-suite bathroom. This bathroom has a quartz vanity and tiled tub and shower combination.

Outside you'll be able to enjoy your large wrap-around screened-in balcony with a large dining table and different seating options. The Wendover Dunes grounds contain a pool and spa, which are heated seasonally.

The beach will be a short walk from Wendover Dunes, as it sits on the beachside of the road!

Questa villa si trova a Hilton Head e vanta una posizione strategica vicino alla spiaggia. Palmetto Dunes Club e Shelter Cove Harbour sono due tappe fondamentali per chi ama le attività. Nice spacious condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed this condo in Wendover Dunes for 3 weeks. The location is great with a short walk to the beach and a nice community pool. It is at the end of palmetto dunes so much quieter than more central places. The unit is spacious with a large kitchen and family room along with a very large deck. It was clean when we checked in and we had only a few maintenance issues. Loved the place and would stay there again.

Property - Good. Stay at Property - Unacceptable

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I doubt you will publish this review. The property is one of the better on HHI for renters. This was a repeat stay. It is well done inside, comfortable, and in an area we love. However, we were not informed in advance there would be construction crews working in two of the four units of the building throughout our three week stay. The building permits placed on their doors were issued in March and this was an October stay. We understand work needs to be done. We do not understand why we we were not informed by you or the owner in advance. It would have changed our decision to book there then or at a different date. That is misrepresentation. Add in that cleaning crews sprayed the building with a bleach solution on the exterior that went into the screen porch and ruined a corn hole game and some beach items. No notice was given to us that would happen either. We spoke with your office two days after arrival and were offered a different unit on the plantation. There were no comparable units we desired to occupy, that was why we selected this one in the first place. You should inform potential renters in advance of construction and property maintenance because the other owners in the building, who are nice, were there and told us the owner of our unit had been informed well in advance, which means you should have been as well. I have videos of a typical day of construction that we endured if you care to see them. When that and bleaching were not occurring we enjoyed our stay. The floor cleaning of the property prior to our arrival was abysmal as well.

Hilton Head experience, would stay again

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a good place to stay, we very much enjoyed our stay, however some minor details should have been addressed prior to new arrivals . These were primarily maintenance related; the handle on the freezer drawer was loose, one of the guest bathroom tubs drained too slowly during showers. The final problem was reported but never addressed, fortunately we figured out the kitchen faucet required batteries to work at all. We replaced them ourselves but this could have been a fairly significant issue as the faucet was not working. To our knowledge, no one came to the unit for this issue although the other issues were addressed pretty quickly
