Bring the whole family to this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home. It features a fantastic fenced in outdoor space inclusive of patio furniture, a cornhole court, and a grill ideal for unwinding after a long day at the beach. Speaking of the beach, the waters edge of Nantucket Sound is only .1 miles from front door! Should you choose to walk, there are two provided beach carts for your days' needs. The primary bedroom with en suite bath (stand up shower) holds a queen bed and is at the front of the home. At the opposite end of the house are two other rooms. One bedroom hold two twin beds and the other bedroom has a queen. There is a full bath with walk in shower conveniently located between these rooms. The kitchen offers easy access to the back patio providing effortless outdoor entertaining plus outdoor shower. Enjoy the newly renovated dining room offering seating for 6. There is a living room on the main floor with a 60" flat screen TV. The main floor is hardwood for easy clean up. A special "kids room" is located in the basement and has seating (pull out sofa) with a 50" TV, perfect for unwinding following a long day at the beach. 2 night minimums available with an added $100 cleaning fee. 7 night or more stays include cleaning. BOOK NOW! Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package available upon request for additional fee.

Vacation '23

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our vacation very much at 147 Run Pond Rd. We especially liked the fact that it was an easy walk to the beach. However, the beds were not comfortable. All of the beds could use an upgrade for mattresses. I also was surprised that there was no dishwasher.

Really could not have been better

We went with our son and daughter-in-law, and had a great time. House was perfectly clean (my highest priority!) and rooms were plenty spacious. Furniture was clean and comfortable. A very short walk to a really nice beach. There was actually plenty of room in the house for more than the four of us- great space in the basement and an additional bedroom on the main floor. Great week! Thank you!

Ideal Cape Cod Escape

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was very comfortable and clean with more than enough room for everyone to spread out. I have teenagers and they truly enjoyed the entertainment room downstairs. The outside patio and shower were lovely too. Loved the location. Close to beaches, restaurants and activities. We all had a wonderful time and hope to return for another stay next year.

Cape Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this well-located, well-maintained property. It looks better than the pictures and liked the fenced-in side yard. Convenient to many restaurants, bike trail and other attractions. Highly recommend.
