The Location
Crown Towers is renowned for its world-class facilities with loads of amenities to keep the kids occupied including a heated lagoon pool with a pirate ship, an indoor heated pool, a children’s play area and a games room. Perfect Location

This apartment is located perfectly - close to the beach, close to shops and restaurants, very close to the tram and bus routes. So it's ideal for everything Surfers has to offer. Great size apartment and the views from the large balcony are awesome. The outside pool was listed as heated, but is freezing. The kids pool was great fun and the inside pool is nice and warm, plus there's 2 spa pools. Great fun for the whole family. The kiosk/cafe by the pool was excellent service and great coffee. The Thai restaurant in the complex served great food and was very popular. The cleaning could have been better - we found quite a bit of dust in the apartment, the dining chair cushions had chocolate on and the towels had odd orange stains on. Plus they could have provided more toilet paper - 4 small rolls of 1-ply paper for a week did not last us. But that said, none of that spoilt our enjoyment. All in all would definitely recommend.

Certainly no Luxury to be found

The apartment was definitely not luxurious. Curtains in rooms had large gaps which meant our 3 year old was wide awake at 5am every morning. No double glazing on the windows either so you could hear conversations occurring below and the apartment is located on a busy street corner so a lot of street noise at all hours of the night. Beds were terribly uncomfortable. Only 5 forks for a house meant for 8. I could keep going with all the terrible things about this “luxury” apartment but could not tell you a single thing that was luxurious.

This property isnt “tired” its unmaintained.

Its is simply unacceptable to describe this property as luxury. It was unclean, in desperate need of maintenance, and the management company was MIA after keys were located. Definitely not worth the money.
