Rainbow Suites #3 | 1 Bedroom + Loft with Kitchen, Fireplace and Balcony

LIVING SPACE
Vaulted timber ceilings, fantastic Village views, and a spacious open-plan living/dining area with a queen sofabed, 32" LCD TV, and DVD player. Dining room seating suitable for up to 4 guests. Fully-equipped kitchen with full-size updated appliances. Large balcony with Village views. Note that this is an older condo located above clubs and restaurants so it is *not* recommended for guests looking for a quiet retreat.

BED and BATH
The master bedroom has a queen bed. There is a queen sofabed in the living room and a queen bed in the loft. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo. There is also a small powder room with toilet and sink.

PARKING and AMENITIES
There is one free underground parking stall. Guests at Rainbow Suites can enjoy use of the common laundry as well as the common sauna and ski storage.

DISTANCES
Rainbow Suites is in the heart of the main Village. Golf is less than a 7 minute walk away and the lifts are less than a 3 minute walk away.

Outdated but Great Location
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location of Rainbow Suites and the common area outside the rooms is so lovely! The unit itself is quite outdated, with some broken things (dishwasher doesn't stay in it's nook, blinds were broken). I was not happy that there was ant poison on the ground and we were not aware; we have a crawling infant who almost got into it. It was otherwise very clean. 10 am checkout is far too early. Can be delays in communicating with the company, as phone calls went through an answering service. Really appreciated the included parking.

Great location but old and dirty
Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property location is fantastic, so close to everything. However our suite was not clean, all the crockery was filthy and dust throughout. There is a dog and cat living in the complex and cat poo was in the common areas for days until we cleaned it up ourselves.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was ideal, but can be noisy late at night as there is a taxi rank outside. Watch out for the sunken lounge, as the steps are difficult to see and I was lucky not to be seriously injured when I fell on the way to my suite.

Clean place, bedding, and all amenities available. We service when needed was prompt, overall highly recommend it.
