San Carlos 1201, located at 365 East Beach Blvd, is the perfect beach vacation spot you've been searching for! Spend your time in this beautiful property, complete with zero-entry pool, exercise room with windows facing the Gulf, and relaxing sauna. Walk less than half a mile on the beach, and you arrive at the Hangout restaurant and local shops and attractions!

This lovely three bedroom unit features a fully-equipped kitchen with beautiful granite countertops and a wet bar. With two en suites, the first master suite, which has access to the beach front, corner balcony, has a king size bed and walk in shower – and garden tub. The second en suite has a queen bed. The guest bedroom has two full beds, access to a third bathroom, and a window overlooking Gulf State Park.

If you're looking for stunning views, spacious accommodations, wonderful amenities, and a convenient location, look no more; San Carlos 1201 is for you!

~ Vehicle passes are purchased on site for $50. Amenities bracelets are free of charge.

Fantastic Beach. Vacation

Great beach front condo. Everything was perfect. We had lots of room with great views of the golf. Will definitely book to stay here again.

Relaxing place on the Water

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful place on the water, lots of space, and great location! The 3BR, 3 Bath was perfect for our family. The balcony is extra large which was wonderful.Suggestions- one bedroom ceiling fan needs attention, kitchen needs large frying pan. It would be nice to have extra toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent and some Lysol wipes.
