Filthy apartment, lock broken

Apartment was filthy, had to wash all bedding, deadbolt on interior door broken. Very poor communication with CozySuites. They have a file with all the problems if you would like to investigate.

Great location

Great location, comfy beds, chic vibe, secure, easy checking and out. Great attention by owner. Many broken items, carpet needed to be cleaned, one shower didn't work

Good stay for a quick weekend trip

Some friends and I stayed here for the Big 10 Championship game. Lots of room and easy to get to. Some good bars and restaurants within walking distance but we need to Uber for anything that involved downtown Indy/Lucas Oil stadium.

Great stay!

We have 4 kids and they loved this place. Plenty of room for everyone and the location is prime! So close to so many delicious eateries (and the best milkshakes in town) The carpets could use a shampooing, but overall the place was very clean and comfortable. Nice, light blocking shades on all the bedroom windows and great views of the sunrise out the east-facing floor to ceiling windows. Nice appliances, all in good working order, and the kids loved the fooseball table. We had a couple of different "neighbors" staying in the other unit in the building and we were worried the second group would be loud since you could hear them through their door, but once we were inside the condo, we couldn't hear them at all and it was no problem at all! I would recommend this listing and the host communication was very prompt and courteous!
