You’re sure to smile as you soak in the sunrise from the oceanfront deck of this wonderful condominium in the Wild Dunes Community on the Isle of Palms! 117 Seascape is the perfect destination for your next vacation to the island! Featuring two bedrooms with two full baths, this condominium is prefect for two couples (with a King and Full Bed) or a small family. The view is truly breathtaking with direct views over the Atlantic; perfect for capturing the sunrise over the Carolina coast! The oceanfront deck is spacious and features views of the private swimming pool, exclusive to guests of Seascape.

The interior of 117 Seascape was nearly completely renovated by a professional interior design artist. Here is a quick summary of the many recent accomplishments at this beautiful home:
• New kitchen cabinets
• New granite countertops
• All new appliances
• New flooring throughout the home
• Brand new coastal furniture and accessories
• Fresh paint throughout including the ceiling following the removal of the popcorn surface

The master bedroom features a King bed with direct access to the oceanfront deck. A full bed is offered in the spacious guest bedroom making this area perfect for a second couple. In addition to the full bed, the guest bedroom features a twin bed, making it the perfect small family destination as well. Each bedroom features a private full bath.

Located on the north-east end of the Isle of Palms, 117 Seascape is a short walk from many of the amenities of the Wild Dunes Community. This includes two golf courses, a day-spa, a playground, and several restaurants. The Links Golf Course Pro Shop is a short five par away! The Isle of Palms Marina is a five-minute drive from Seascape. There is so much to do at the Marina! Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

Beautiful Condo!
Beautifully renovated condo at a great location. Are was quiet (except for construction which we knew about). Has everything we needed. We loved using the beach gear credit also- they delivered and picked up which was great as we didnt need to pack chairs etc. Would definitely stay here again!

Disappointing for the price
Although the pictures fully represent the condo, which was lovely, we were disappointed with Seascape in general. We have stayed at other, less expensive, places in Wild Dunes and had a more enjoyable experience. People who are staying in other areas in Wild Dunes use Seaside’s pool & beach access (since they are not locked) which leads to limited parking spaces. It sounds minor, but I wish I had known the beach access was opened prior to booking because I would have chosen a different location. Again, had we paid less for the week, the inconvenience would have been understood. Additionally, when I tried to explain my disappointment to Seaside, I was told we could park somewhere else, which would have entailed a longer walk to our condo. We definitely will not stay here again.

No mention of the construction taking place on the other half of the outside of this building. VERY loud from 7 am to 5 pm. Difficult to have a conversation while sitting on the deck or at the pool. Why you don't inform people of this is beyond my understanding.

Lovely condo, insufferably loud construction
Lovely condo. It would have been the perfect spot, but, even though there is a noise ordinance until 10am, construction started at 7:30am and lasted until 5pm. It was extremely loud including sawing and hammering, which made it impossible to enjoy the condo. I contacted the rental company, and they agreed to update the listing on VRBO to inform future renters.

Fall break getaway
This was one of the cleanest properties I think we have ever stayed in anywhere. Everything was perfect and made our week so enjoyable! We had no issues with items not working or missing and it was exactly as the listing portrayed. Simply beautiful and a gorgeous view of the beach We will definitely be back.
