Mammoth Estates is located in the heart of it all, walking distance to the Village at Mammoth, in a quaint and quiet forest mountain setting. This two-bedroom, two-bath property is an end unit with vaulted ceilings and a traditional wood-burning fireplace. This unit sleeps a maximum of 6 people, with a queen in the master and two twins in the guest room. This townhome is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. Short walk to the year round amenities Mammoth Estates has to offer such as the Game Room, Jacuzzi and Sauna. Take a plunge in the beautiful pool in hot summer months or just soak in the sun surrounded by beautiful landscape. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, Pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. A great family retreat

We stayed for 6 days enjoying all that Mammoth has to offer in recreation and eating experiences. When we vacation in Mammoth, we always rent at Mammoth Estates. Due to Covid, this was our first time back in 3 years. The only downside would be no air conditioning. The week was in the high 80’s and no evening breezes. A floor fan was provided, but it wasn’t enough. Other units have ceiling fans in the upstairs which would have helped with the heat. The microwave is too high and a hazard when bringing hot food down after heating. Also the recreational area, new ping pong paddles would be helpful.
