Great place to stay

Modern, comfortable and super clean. It was a great location for us. Plenty to do in the area and a 15-minute street car ride to the heart of downtown. Walking distance (15-20 minutes) from the lakeshore and its parks. Supermarket in the building. There are lots of restaurants nearby. I would recommend paying the extra amount for parking in the garage under the building. There are two reasons for not giving it 5 stars. 1) Figuring out how to get the key fob for the parking was not explained well and it took us more than a 1/2 hour to figure it out. 2) The actual unit is different from the one in the pictures. It's very similar, but a little smaller - not as wide and doesn't have the kitchen island as shown. However, it's comfortable for two people, anyway, even with the smaller size. We can still highly recommend this stay.
